It's a bit far from the action, I mean the crab market because it's quiet the only reason to come to Kep. It could be convenient to take the boat to rabbit island, not so far from the pier although you need a tuk tuk anyway, but I think it does not worth a visit ( the island) because they build a resort there and it's really spoiled. For the room. It needs a fridge

I think they should run a Nepali restaurant instead of a guesthouse. We were welcomed in our room by the smell of human feces from the room toilet. Mattress covered with thick plastic which completely blocked us from any decent sleep. And there is no way to enjoy a sea view from this thing that looks like a balcony on pictures. The worst of all is the sneaky greedy expat owner. Who pretends to be a nice person but in the end is just an old creep
