Bener2 di Black List hotel satu ini. Management tidak professional dalam melayani konsumen, minta reschedule tgl karena 1 dan lain hal di awal meng-iyakan setelah di hubungi ulang menolak mentah2 dengan macam2 alasan. Alhasil hangus lah uang saya. Hanya krn nominal uang sekian reputasi menjadi buruk!!!
Utk konsumen lain pertimbangkan ulang jika ingin visit ke hotel ini !
