Hotel staff are very good, cooperative and helpful. Mainly those attendant to us are Ashwani Rahul K***n Sahil and others. The driver who dropped us at local market and at climbing point is very cordial. But front approach to hotel needs more improvement.

Stayed for a day with family. An amazing place which has offered best hospitality and took care of us in best standards of the hotel industry. Staff (especially Angraz, Rahul and Kaushal) and multi cuisine food at Citrus cafe is outstanding. We would prefer to stay here every time. Feedback by Sumit Tyagi
