Excellent stay nd great ambience in the centre of the katra . Excellent views from the room . Greatly welcomed by the tilak raj & Priyanka at the front office . Breakfast buffet also good with sufficient options spread across the restaurant.

Very courtious staff and they go beyond their duty to support you. Helped with pick up and drop to helipad and railway station as well. We took family room with bunk bed and kids loved it. Food was also good. Since its only veg menu, they can some more items in buffet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is very comfortable and the service is excellent. The hotel staff is very hospitable and friendly. The food is excellent, Rajma and Dum aloo are delicious. It’s close to the market. I have had a great experience and will definitely stay there again!

One of the best hotel in Katra We shifted to this hotel at midnight after having an horrible experience at Ginger Mr Ram Kumar was very positive and took care of us Pros Location Rooms are clean All basic facilities are available Good spread of buffet breakfast Railway station drop facility Yatra drop facility Con Late checkout is not possible

The hotel is a basic three star with not much to write home about, plain uninspiring room where a large chair was blocking their one single cupboard. The in-room safe was found locked with no instructions how to operate and it wasn't attended to by the staff despite ***y reminders. The towels provided were torn down the middle, hard to imagine they were placed there as an oversight. TripAdvisor used to be a trusted resource to judge hotels, now it is just overrun by fake reviews and this hotel is no exception. They even had the cheek to slip us a paper with staff names on it, asking us to give a favorable review.

The receptionist Tilak, Priyanka and the admin head Sukesh Sharma were very cordial and helpful. They helped us to plan the trip at Katra. Also, the chauffeurs who left us to Vaishnao Devi temple and picked us up were very informative about the temple.
