The room was totally different as shown in the pictures .there were no proper amenities mostly bathroom and toilet should be renovate

Worst hotel ever….😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡Yesterday I lost my charger from this hotel room.. I asked multiples time but they don’t care about it. They said we are not responsible for your charger.. mannerless staff.. guys please don't keep your wallet, phone, charger in the room.. once you left or lost anything in the room they don't give you back staff will take it so called thief.. bad experience till now please don’t trust them they all are thief.. you guys all are thief mannerless staff.. you guys don’t know how to deal with your guest… you guys are so rude😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Notes : if the lost item is found during the guest’s stay in the hotel, the hotel room service is obliged to give it back to the owner. don’t suggest anyone to stay there. Poor facilities, poor washroom, wifi and no network inside rooms, data can’t even be used properly. Also they tried to add 1 additional day when we checked in before 12 although they told not to add in the beginning.

We were at EBC trekking and started from here and arrived back here. I’m really grateful for the nice and helpful staff. It was great stay by them. I can warmly recommend to book a room at Hotel Pleasure Home. Good location, very good pizzas and nice people.

I didn’t get the room what I saw online! Room was next to the street view so is noisy. In the shower, water was leaking all day/night and the tap water color was yellow, this may not be able to use it for even hand wash. Be careful when you turn it on! The room looks very old dirty, filthy, mouldy, the rotten wooden floor, and smell. I asked for something (I.e. mat) to cover up the rotten wooden floor or change the room for me instead but I got none of them even though I request them for a few times. I booked it online but they even charged me extra cash money at the property saying it was upgraded. A BiG LIE. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Shame on them for bad services and pay more than you see online. Dissatisfied, disappointed, dishonest. I’m not going back there again!!!

This is my 3rd stay at Pleasure and Home & I will stay here everytime I visit Nepal. The rooms are very comfortable and are great value for money. The staff are always friendly and are more than willing to assist to your every need. They have a dinning area downstairs as well as a rooftop recreational area. The food is really great and they offer a wide variety of choices on their menu and will accommodate to suit the particular dietary requirements you may have. What makes this hotel experience better than most is that you will always find the owner Mr. Ram Giri or his Director Mr. Prem Magar, these 2 gentleman are truly exceptional & deliver high customer service to their guests. Apart from just offering accommodation services this hotel caters for your every holiday experience requirements, such trekking, tours, safaris, site-seeing, helicopter flights, taxis..you name it they assist with it and at a better price than you can by going directly. I highly recommend your next stay in Kathmandu to be at Hotel Pleasure and Home..you won't be disappointed. Thank you Ram, Prem and staff for a truly wonderful experience. Until next time!! 1. Room was not good, air conditioner didn't worked. 2. Poor services. 3. People are not friendly. 4. Cost was high but got nothing with what i paid except the bed. 5.No parking in the hotel, had to pay few more hundreds extra for parking. 6. No respect at all.

First time in Kathmandu. Here for the purpose of trekking EBC. Hotel offered to arrange airport transfer, hotel staff member met me with name board, straight to taxi, straight to hotel, no problems. Met by hotel owner, offered a room change at very reasonable rates and got a double room with own bath room. Check in was easy and hassle free. I'd originally booked for 10 nights quarantine but that was no longer required when I arrived but hotel owner was happy to accommodate me before and after my trek up to the 10 nights. I was also able to leave my personal belongings not required for trekking safely at the hotel. This hotel is in an excellent location for shops, restaurants, bars, ATM's etc. Overall very happy with the whole experience.

Das Hotel liegt wirklich ziemlich perfekt in thamel, man erreicht alles Erreichenswerte unkompliziert und schnell, wobei ein ortskundiger Guide natürlich von Vorteil ist. Alles war sehr sauber und trotz der zentralen Lage ist es im Hotel schön Ruhig. Das Personal ist super freundlich und schafft eine angenehme Atmosphäre, in der man sich tatsächlich schnell zuhause fühlt, der Name ist wirklich Programm!
