The counter staffs are polite. The facilites are closed thou - the ice cream cafe was closed. The spa only had 2 staff thus can only take in 2 appoin**ents at a time - not so good for groups. Also the spa service is so so only. Location of Hotel is however excellent, located in a side lane for quietness but just walk out 2 mins are the main shopping shops. I had a tripple room - room is spacious and clean but the hot water dont really work - no time to feedback to hotel to fix.

服務不錯，遇到些問題，其實與酒店無關，但是酒店管理人員一直很細心地解釋並協助解決，但是酒店本身雖然衞生尚可，但設施比較舊，我住的房間衞生間的窗簾形同擺設，開了燈應該是透明的。室內熱水不是隨時有。

The staff is very helpful & accommodating, the spa services exceptional. My room was spacious & clean, the pool was amazing! I definitely would recommend this hotel. I’ll be back next time in Nepal. This is close to everything one would want.

Best hotel with best view with swimming pool. Good service with neat and clean .We will visit again and again .Thank you for the service .Rooftop with swimming pool service . The best of the hotel is the hospitality of the staffs all over the hotel premises. Definitely recommend to others to choose this hotel to stay.

Ms Bhandari arranged my programme - from landing at the airport, staying at the hotel for one night and then going on to Bhutan - with exceptional patience, efficiency and diligence. She was always prompt to follow up on the arrangements (although all the arrangements were flawless). I would highly recommend her company for travel purposes! Regarding my stay at Manang, the facilities were very good and the restaurant provided what thus far have been my favourite momos in Nepal - the sounfee chicken (highly recommended!). The staff all around were friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend staying at Hotel Manang.

Overall hotel is very good. Vegetarian food option is there and food is manageable. Hotel rooms are neat and clean. Location of hotel is at very nice place ,will good market around for shopping and to roam around.. Hotel staff is nice and humble while talking..

Very bad and unhygienic room carpet. Very poor quality of room. Very noisy room @ night 12 also, and will disturb your sleep. Location is good even staff is good . Breakfast options are very less. In dinner also not good options. So please think before booking this hotel.
