Ulasan Nepali Heritage Hotel

Staying at this hotel was the perfect start to our Nepal holiday. It is tucked away from the Main Street which adds to a feeling of quiet and safety, whilst still being in the centre of the Thames area. The hotel is well designed and we enjoyed eating breakfast on the rooftop. The hotel manager, Ganesh, was so helpful even when we booked the room and helped us to organise airport transfer and then sorted out our trekking trip, making sure we had all the information we needed. Thank you to Ganesh and his team!

One of the best hotels in Kathmandu. Everything is spotless, very clean and neat. It is quite close to Thamel and the hotel staff are very polite and warm, making your stay extra comfortable. Everything is just wonderful at super reasonable prices. If you're coming to Kathmandu, then this is your place!!!

Great staff, location is very close from Thamel center and way less noisy than any Thamel hotel. Rooms are very nice and the little rooftop café is great

I enjoyed staying at this hotel before and after a trek. The bedroom was clean and warm. Once the shower warmed up, it was so nice after a couple of days of trekking. It was great to be able to leave one of my bags in storage there for a couple of days. They will also organise for your laundry to be picked up and returned for a reasonable price. I found the front desk was willing to answer any questions and help with any needs. The communal area on the top floor was a nice space where I could also get both cold water and hot water as needed. My only disappointment was the room did not have a kettle and the free water bottles were not replaced after the first day. Overall, it was a great place to stay right near the tourist area...but quiet enough at night.

The service was amazing! From the security, to reception, to the staff and management. Especially from Ganesh. They were so helpful and friendly and hospital. Location was good close to cafes, restaurants and shops in centre of Thamel. Room was clean, comfortable and peaceful. Will stay here again if I ever come back to Kathmandu.

The hotel staff are really exceptional. They help with anything, ask you about your day, offer tours and are just all around helpful and provide excellent service. The breakfast is great. Mostly Western options, but I got the Heritage breakfast, fresh juice and coffee for 3 days in a row. The breakfast staff are very helpful and the breakfast eating area has a lovely view of the city. This is within the Thamel neighborhood and restaurants and shops are right nearby. The hotel also picked me up and took me to the airport which was very helpful and reassuring when I arrived. I had a one bedroom, but they also have hostel shared rooms on site.

The staffs were extremely friendly to talk with you. The bed in the dorm is very comfortable. Perhaps there can be some control range of aircon? So people can adjust the room temperature but not too extreme. Overall, it was a great and I would recommend it.

Stuff are nice and helpful here, just only not much share area to use or chill out but nothing they can do about it. From the dorm room can hear people speaking from out side of window.

Extremely good location and very great host providing help for everything with great advises. Dorms was very clean and cozy!

Good experience with quality service

The room is very quiet, surrounded by greenery, the breakfast is good value for money, especially the hot water for showering, and it is very convenient to go everywhere. The front desk guy Saroj is very cute and answered all questions. The Nepalese restaurant he recommended is really delicious and not expensive. I hope to stay here again next time.

Excellent, clean and cozy hostel! It is located in the center, in a quiet place, the beds are comfortable, the pillows are soft, hot water. On the third floor there is an open veranda where you can admire the city and drink coffee! Friendly staff! I really liked it, it's a pity I didn't check in here earlier!!!
