Absolutely loved the hotel and stay! Cosy clean rooms, great vibes, food and passionate service (from security guards to housekeepers at every level)! Breakfast buffet has great selections and very tasty menu, service staff is extremely attentive to your needs and service deserves great commendation (every single one of them)! It was a bit difficult to read the names off the badges, managed to only saw Sabina’s and Arun’s name but there are just so many more staff whom I’d like to show appreciation from front desk to concierge and really everyone! They do not just serve you but engage with you through conversations making you feel at ease and like at home during the stay. Liked how the laundry system works and also the gym which are both 24 hours. No complaints at all and I would definitely like to stay here again when I am at Nepal the next round. 10/10 recommend and you will have no regrets!

Nice view from the room with Mountain View on the 7th floor. Bedsheets and towels changed daily, water bottles provided everyday for free. Very nice staff. Good breakfast. Very convenient 24h room service if you need anything to eat or drink in the middle of the night.

I had visited to Nepal first. I so liked this hotel service. Very comfort and safe.

The experience was overall okay, but the staff woke us up early in the morning (at 8AM). There was no noise proof, could hear people walking in the hallways.

I feel the kindness and hospitality of the Nepalese people. The hotel is wonderful and perfect. I highly recommend it. The cheese omelette at breakfast is delicious. If I had to say one drawback, When I'm in the room, I forget what country I'm in.

The front desk can communicate in Chinese and English The airport is a few kilometers away from the hotel, but the time is not short, at least 40 minutes. Kathmandu's transportation, you will understand it after you come here.

No wonder this hotel is rated as the highest in Kathmandu. It really deserves the reputation. The service staff is superb, the breakfast is super delicious, and although the room is a bit small, it is very exquisite. I will stay here again when I go to Kathmandu in the future. The room is too small, not 21 square meters, only about 12 square meters. The windows were closed and the air conditioning had problems, making the room uncomfortable.
