Hotel was located in a good location and have very good facilities. Laundry room was well stocked, and we could take water for our room whenever we needed. Room was clean and spacious too! Definitely a good brand to stay with.

Best hotel close to the old city. Breakfast gets busy but there are plenty of options. Rooms are well planned with good a/c and hot shower.

Staying at this hotel was the perfect base for exploring the magic of Kashgar Old Town. Tucked just steps away from the winding alleys and historic streets, it made it easy to soak in the atmosphere from early morning to evening. The service was warm and attentive throughout our stay, and the breakfast was a great way to start each day before heading out. Clean, comfortable, and incredibly well located—this hotel helped make our Kashgar trip unforgettable.

Superb location near food, shopping and ancient city. Excellent facilities and comes with very well equipped laundry room. Check-in and check out was fast and efficient. 依诺 and 悦琳at front desk was very helpful during check out process.

I had a pleasant stay despite the hotel's modest entrance and simple lobby. Don’t be discouraged by the exterior or the lobby—step into the room, and you’ll see it’s an excellent hotel. The rooms were clean, with a comfortable bed and an excellent bathroom. The hotel’s prime location, close to the old neighborhoods of Kashgar, made it easy to explore on foot. The staff were friendly and welcoming, adding a warm touch to the experience. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I would recommend it for anyone looking to explore Kashgar.

Hotel has a good location for exploring western part of old city. Breakfast was nice especially if you starve for good coffee in the morning. Room bright and airy. Good sleep.

Superb location, opposite the Old Town. Room spacious, modern and clean. Air conditioning works (not always a given). Breakfast selection bit limited, but fine. Enthusiastic service. Highly recommended.

Excellent clean hotel just by old town. I dont need all the fancy hotel services, just clean quite place, friendly staff and just across the old town of Kashgar
