The room and bathroom are clean, the staff are very friendly and attentive, and the location is excellent—close to the MRT and not too far from major attractions.

I love the hotel. Everything that you come to expect from a holiday inn brand. Upon entering the hotel, you smell a very refreshing fragrance. And through the hallway. I like the snacks provided. And coffee machine. Clean bedding, comfortable room

You can see the Love River from the room window. I stayed in room 1203, but I could only see half of the view, as the other half was blocked by the house. The hotel facilities were new and clean, there was enough mineral water in the room, the breakfast was rich, the waitress at the service desk was enthusiastic, but the male waiter was a little cold. The soundproofing is poor and you can hear noise from other rooms at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night.

The overall experience was very good. Because a friend was not feeling well, we asked the counter for two more pillows and two quilts, and they were very generous to give them to us. Many reviews mentioned that the soundproofing was not good. This time I stayed in a 4-person room on the 11th floor and did not hear the voices of other residents. The breakfast was more diverse and delicious than expected. It is within a 10-minute walk from the Pier 2 Convention Center. The delicious egg pancakes and duck noodles are right opposite the hotel. Great!
