The Grand Hotel

Hotel yang bagus. ***a tradisional. Bersih, lokasi bagus, sarapan prasmanan enak. Personil yang sangat baik yang membantu kupon untuk tempat wisata terdekat. Sudah termasuk tiket masuk gratis ke taman danau!

Amazing room and view!!! If I have a chance to visit Kaoshuing again, I will probably choose the grand hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they speak English very well. The hotel provides the Chinese custom for guess to where and take a picture with the hotel view.

Not a new hotel but it’s very beautiful. The nature view will never get old. Rooms are spacious. Perfect for a holiday.

Lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food.

Super surrounding environments but room being outdated.

Having stayed at both Grand Hotels in Taipei and Kaohsiung, the Taipei location is hands down the premier location. The Grand Hotel in Taipei is genuinely a delightful establishment, perhaps my favorite hotel in all of Taiwan. However, the same cannot be said for the Kaohsiung location. It is clearly secondary and even a bit neglected. The hotel and its accommodations are fairly nice but at the same time feel quite outdated. The location is relaxing though, if you want to be able to sit by a pool or on a balcony looking out at a lake. Probably the biggest disappointment of my stay was that I was denied entry to the dinner buffet. People who were not guests at the hotel had already reserved all the seats. Luckily, I was able to secure a seat at a different restaurant in the hotel. I think hotel guests should have priority for seats at the buffet. When I was denied access to the buffet it felt like I was being treated as a second class citizen. “Everyone here has reservations…” the hostess told me. Well… how many of them were actually staying at the hotel? From what I could tell, not many of them were.

首先圓山大飯店的建築還是非常漂亮的，比贊👍房間挑空很高，所以格外顯大。酒店旁邊就是美麗滴澄清湖，可是逛了一半開始下雨，有點遺憾🤣 酒店位置給的分不高是因為酒店接駁車需要提前預約，又下午4點才能辦理入住，我們就推嬰兒車自己走下來，完全沒有人行道，很危險！所以我覺得酒店像台北圓山那樣定點安排接駁車真的需要考慮！ 沒有感受到服務，除了幫忙開計程車門的親切的門僮☹️ 房間的床墊非常硬！提供的洗髮水沐浴液明顯是那種很廉價的。。。還有草坪禿禿的，有點配不上真麼好的建築

高雄圓山飯店臨近澄清湖，有一個非常寬廣的散步健行區，飯店的泳池很乾淨，花草樹木很多，很美！這時候去高雄圓山飯店還有應景的黃色小鴨，增添了古式飯店的活潑性。
