Poor room poor service poor food staff is arrogant. Manager is third class. Purane jamane ka hotel hai

Location is easily available as the property is just at the side of chat churaha, swaroop nagar kanpur. The behavior of staff members is also very good.

Hotel is old, that why furniture, design and other setup need renovation in next 3-5 years. Overall it was good, not able to get slipper, comb, lotion, shoe shiner but dental kit (babool)

Property location is very easy from railway station food was good helpful staff amenities and services is nice overall my stay was great. Looking forward

No complimentary water bottles in room. Room ambiance was not good. Property was not maintained properly. Blanket was not good.

This is one of the shabbiest hotels I’ve stayed in . It is not 3 star but 1 star . The bathroom door was falling apart . The sofa was torn . The drain was open , floor was dirty . Please avoid at all costs

Staff of hotel mandakini plaza were very cordial and cooperative. Especially mr. Abhay. He personally engaged when our train got late and reached hotel in mid night. He helped us to settle down quickly and easily. Night staff was very helpful. Thank you hotel mandakini plaza.

Mr abhay singh was very friendly and operative. It is worth to mention about his nature and behaviour and service boy mr abhay yadav was very good. Food was very good and cleanliness of washroom was good.

Hotel location is nice-that’s why i chooses this hotel-i was booked first time and i was check in 13th aug and the ac cooling is not working properly at the time the care taker is chases to change the room and i changed -the service is very good, room cleaning as well that’s why i was thinking to continue to stay till end of the month expecting good behaviour, cleaning and service as well the most beautiful thing is that mr. Abhay ji is quite good interaction with customers

The hotel was neat and clean and well facilitated. The staff was very supportive for everything. They helped us a lot in the new city. The atmosphere was pleasing and we had a comfortable stay. The food quality was good and it was tasty. Recommended budget stay for everyone.

Need some experience staff for room service, particularly bed arrangement. But reception service is fantastic.
