Lingkungannya sangat bagus, pelayanannya sangat bagus, dan saya memberikan diskon untuk late check-out, sekitarnya sangat nyaman dan lalu lintasnya bagus, dan take-outnya bagus, tapi agak bising di malam hari dan kedap suara tidak bagus. Yang lain oke

Bad customer service provided especially front desk didn’t show their professionalism. As a hotel guests I am not feeling well with front desk service for all 3 staffs Other than that was fine

Checking and checkout was good. The location is good as it’s near Nanning station and other subway lines. Huge issue was the room was not clean at all. They did the bare minimum of taking out the trash and replacing the toilet paper. There was no signs of deep cleaning at all as the carpets were dirty and the bathroom had mold growing. I asked for a non-smoking room but got a smoking room instead. Overall, the stay was fine but the cleanliness and the room type (smoking vs. non-smoking) was a huge issue.

everything about the hotel was excellent ,the room was fantastic, a nice touch being the inclusion of bottled water which was replenished daily, yjr house keeping staff were great as were the reception staff, nicely located close to the metro and plenty of local restaurants to choose from. i have stayed in nanning on many occasions but this was my first time in this hotel, do i or would i syay here again, that is a definite yes .thank you for everything,

Is a good place

第一次來廣西這邊玩，本來想着花大價錢訂一個好一點的，無意中刷到這個酒店，看評價挺好的，帶着試試的心態來入住 ，真的讓我挺滿意的哇，本來出來旅遊帶的東西很多 ，很害怕走那種嘎嘎路，這個酒店就不會走那種路，靠近秀靈地鐵站走路就兩三百米 而且門口還有公交站，很方便。然後我下單錯房型了🥹原本下單的不是很喜歡 和他們進行溝通後他們還給我免費升級 感動啊 真的很推薦 服務超級棒的一家酒店 然後附近就靠近大學城吃的挺多的 聽當地人説還有一條叫農院路的小吃街 離這個酒店騎共享電動車要幾分鐘路程，挺方便的，農院路小吃多很豐富 還有衣服賣 比我在的城市便宜多了 然後第二天還去了他們的很出名的亭子碼頭 拍照很出片哦 對了還有一點忘記説了 他們樓下有一家據説是網紅螺螄粉，有兩三次想去吃 都看見排隊超多人 就沒嚐到 好可惜.

房間乾淨整潔，床鋪柔軟乾淨，睡起來很舒適，房間的採光通風都很好。衞生間屬於乾濕分離的。工作人員的服務態度很熱情，很周到，附近還有一條農院路美食街，出行起來都很方便，離地鐵口也很近，走路就幾分鐘的事兒

想不到離西大東門這麼近有那麼好的一家酒店，距離地鐵口僅僅200米，超級方便，去市中心在也不用堵車。酒店的周邊很多的美食街，早就聽聞農院路，沒想到剛剛距離900米遠，都不用打車！大學附近的美食真是物美廉價，超級推介去吃！

服務員熱情周到，態度親切感很好，服務很到位，復古房空間很大，還配有一個書桌，衞生間乾濕分離，床很軟，晚上睡得很舒服。出行也是很方便，門口就是公交站，往前走幾分鐘就是地鐵口，去哪裡都很方便。

第二次入住了，真的性價比是真的高，衞生乾淨，房間的採光通風都很好，房間裝修風格是屬於簡約大氣的那種，走廊酒店牆上的壁畫還是梵高的星空！還是多要兩瓶水，她們也會給，停車免費，這還是很方便的。

1. 房間和床夠大，整體環境和設計風格我挺喜歡的，住起來也很舒服的，兩個人睡一張床也不會覺得很擠 2. 前台姐姐接待態度很好，細心回答我的每一個問題 3. 性價比比較高，雙床房118拿下 4. 沒有什麼莫名其妙的噪音，隔音不錯，不用擔心中途會被吵醒

這家酒店的設計風格非常符合我們年輕人的審美，簡約而不失時尚。房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，服務態度也非常好。最重要的是，酒店的位置非常便利，周邊有很多好吃好玩的地方。下次來這裏，我還會選擇這家酒店！
