I stopped by this hotel on my way back from mountain climbing. I only needed a place to stay, so I chose this cheap hotel, but it was well-equipped with a hot spring with plenty of water, a breakfast buffet with a wide variety of dishes, and excellent service for welcoming and dining. This hotel offers good value for money. I'm grateful to the hotel staff.

There is no wifi in the room, but there is in the lobby. The surroundings are great. The dinner set is rich and recommended. The breakfast is also very rich, Japanese style.

The price should be written including breakfast and dinner separated.

There is an open-air hot spring, so it was very nice to take a bath. All restaurants nearby were closed, so we had dinner and breakfast, but it came out better than expected. The facilities were old.

Stayed in a Japanese-style room during the tour. The Japanese-style room is not relaxing at all. Even if there is a chair, it is hard to watch TV because it is on the porch. Moreover, the TV is tiny. The sweetness of the security as the entrance door of the room is also uneasy. Even the bran comes off. Even with four futons on top of each other, the old body feels pain and cannot sleep. I sat on the toilet and was surprised by the coldness. I'm sorry, but there is a washbasin, but the hot water doesn't come out easily. There is no bath or shower in the room, so I had no choice but to go to the large public bath, but the shower and faucet stop immediately. It was a night full of surprises.

Stayed to go to Taushubetsu Bridge. It was minus 3 degrees in the morning when I went. The building itself is very dated. It was a tatami room, but if you put black clothes on it, small pieces of tatami will stick to it. I don't think it's dust. People with allergies complained that they couldn't breathe. The tap water is also yellow and although it says "drinkable", I don't feel like drinking it. Of course, the toilet is not a warm seat, so every time you sit down, you need courage. However, the staff was very kind, and the food and hot springs were good.

We stayed one night for the Taushubetsu river bridge tour the next day. I have the impression that many tourist hotels are relatively old, but I also felt that atmosphere, especially in the corridors of the accommodation building. The room I stayed in was just fine. There are a large public bath with an open-air bath for men and women, and a mixed bathing open-air bath (only for women during certain hours). The abundant amount of free-flowing hot water from the source, and the open-air bath was not too lukewarm. Infection control was also taken into consideration, such as placing a desk in the banquet hall and separating meals by room. There are many things that make you feel the local pattern, such as chanchan-yaki and wild vegetables, and they were delicious. Only one thing... I know it can't be helped because of the locality, but the environment where wifi can only get in the lobby area and 4G can somehow get in is unavoidable since it's not in the city area of Hokkaido, but at least in the room I feel like it would have been nice to be able to use wifi. Especially this time, due to the unfortunate weather, it was necessary to adjust the schedule after that, so it became necessary to go out from the room to the lobby and check various things.

The building is a little old, but the hot water is wonderful and the staff are nice. The public bath is renovated, clean and spacious, and the men's and women's baths change daily. There is also a mixed bathing open-air bath, which has a women-only time. I stayed in a twin room, but it was like a Western-style room in the Showa era, and it was quaint. The large hall of the dining hall is an old-fashioned banquet room, and it feels nostalgic. The food was delicious both in the morning and evening.

It's old, but the hot water is good, and the building is certainly old. The lack of air conditioning in the guest rooms may be difficult depending on the time of year, and the firmness of the bed mattress was to my liking, but I think it's fundamentally different from the recent city hotels and business hotels. If you can think of the meal as it is in the photo that appears on the website for the price. Let's take breakfast as breakfast at a secluded hot spring inn rather than at a hotel in Hokkaido. You can feel that the management puts a lot of effort into it, but there is no place to drink cold water even though it is a hot spring (although there is a vending machine), and canned beer is quite expensive. It may be the scale of the hotel according to the ski resort, but it may be that they really want to downsize. The next time I come to Nukabira, I might stay somewhere else and only come here for the bath.

For some reason, the two nights I usually stay at at Nukabira Onsen was rounded up to one night, and instead, I hurriedly stayed there. The open-air bath, the mixed bathing, and the gender-segregated baths were full of rustic beauty, and it was wonderful. The view from the indoor bath was also very good. At Nukabira Onsen, it would be the top.
