To the only bad things is the smart machine to use voice control is not functioning. The others are ok. Dinner set is very good and big portion. Breakfast quite plain.

Beyond our expectations, the hospitality provided by the hotel is excellent. Transportation is provided by the hotel from train station. Free lunch free high tea free breakfast.

Wonderful hotel. It’s situated in a well-organised resort area with proper resort service e.g. buggy carts bringing you to your room. The room was very clean and we were very happy with the private hot spring in the court yard. The control of hot spring filling and drainage rely on an electric panel on the wall, quite easy to control but it’s written in Chinese only. The room comes with tea pallets and snacks free of charge. Set dinner meal was also included in the room, there was 3 dishes and bowls of soup. The two of us struggle to finish so much food. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Staff were very kind to book tours for us and were very attentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Lijiang.

Staff can be more proactive to provide information. For the price, one would expect better services.  Food offered is not fresh.

Room was spacious and clean. Private Onsen bathtub was great. Water was hot enough. However, it was disappointing that the public bath was not ready and that there was no gym.

The service is very good, all the staff are attentive, and the cleanliness is perfect. Mom and Dad are very satisfied. Shuttle bus available on call. The restaurant food is suitable. It’s also refreshing to soak in hot springs. 🥰🥰🥰😉😉

I highly recommend this hotel! The environment is beautiful and quiet, like a piece of pure land in the bustling city. The hotel's interior decoration is exquisite, the facilities are complete, and the natural hot spring water is clear. The room is spotlessly clean, and the details are carefully considered, such as the warm reminder card prepared at the head of the bed and the free mineral water neatly placed. The breakfast provided by the restaurant is rich and varied, with all kinds of dishes and the taste is quite good. The waiter is friendly, always greets with a smile, and responds to every request. The stay experience is great!

The hotel I stayed in during this trip was really great! The location is excellent, the train station is nearby, and there are many delicious foods and attractions around, making it convenient to go anywhere. The room is spacious and bright, the layout is warm, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and I had a good night's sleep. The bathroom is clean and tidy, and the toiletries are of high quality. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out are very efficient, and they also kindly introduce the surrounding travel guide. Next time I travel, I will choose this place again!

I didn't expect much from this hotel, but it gave me a big surprise! The price-performance ratio is very high, the price is affordable but the service and facilities are not ambiguous at all. The room space is reasonable, and there are many facilities. The TV and air conditioner work well, and the network is also stable. The hotel's security measures are in place, making people feel at ease. The surrounding parking is convenient, and it is very friendly to people who travel by car. When checking out, the staff also gave a small gift, which is really thoughtful. I will choose this place for business trips and travels in the future!

There is an independent hot spring pool outside the room, with fast water flow and complete facilities. It is a group of villas with large rooms and air conditioning. After watching the Eternal Love of Lijiang, the weather was particularly cold, so I chose a nearby hot spring hotel, which was very large and spacious. The next morning the weather cleared up and the environment was beautiful. Breakfast was included, as well as lunch and afternoon tea. The lunch tasted good. I got up late and missed breakfast.

The hotel with the best service I have ever stayed in, and the quality of the hot spring is beyond words! From the moment you enter the door, you are constantly fed all kinds of delicious food, and you can directly see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain! The room is big, the bedding is very clean, the heater and humidifier were turned on for us before we checked in, the manager drove a shuttle to help transport the luggage, and everyone from the front desk to the kitchen auntie was super nice, just like a friend. There was so much breakfast every morning that we couldn't finish it (in the following days I reminded the kitchen not to cook too much because I felt bad if we couldn't finish it). Every night a lady would leave the door open for us to return to the hotel and bring us goodnight milk. The service was so good that I didn't want to leave Lijiang at all. The stay was so comfortable. I liked every staff member there. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again next time I go.

The environment of Meilin Snow Mountain Hot Spring Hotel is super beautiful, the room facilities are clean and tidy, there are a variety of hot spring pools, there are beautiful courtyard landscapes, and the meals are delicious. It is like a holiday paradise.

During this trip, I encountered this Snow Mountain Hot Spring Hotel, which was like entering a fairy tale world. Outside the window, the snow-capped mountains were looming in the flying snow, which was breathtakingly beautiful; soaking in the steaming hot spring, the warm current flowed through the whole body, and the wonderful feeling of ice and fire blending made people intoxicated. The room was warmly decorated, the bed was as soft as a cloud, and I had a good night's sleep. The service was impeccable, the staff was warm and considerate, and they responded to all requests. I sincerely recommend coming here to enjoy a romantic date with snow and hot springs!
