No air conditioning OR fan! Went to bed to the sound of very LOUD, live disco music from the pool area. I complained repeatedly but ended up having to use ear plugs, hold the pillow over my ear, and eventually take a sleeping pill. In the morning, unbelievably, I woke to loud construction noise as they were erecting scaffolding for renovations right across the hall from my bedroom door. Then they let it be known that they had fumigation of the entire hotel (including the beds) at 10AM. I made sure to get out of there before that.

The food was nice,, I will give it 95%.The place is cool no much noise.Waiters are first ,, no delay.I think I'll bring my niece and nephew for swimming 😀,, the instructor at the pool seems nice and polite,, he is so gentle to the kids.Generally I liked everything.

The hotel is so nice,, since 2019 there are alot of changes, the hotel got nice reception the service is so wonderfull..and the manangement too.Its the best place to spensd once in kakamega county.thank you golf!

My visit to Kakamega's Golf Hotel was a pleasant experience. I was especially impressed by the improvements done through renovations and facilities upgrades. I have been to the hotel several times before and the spirit of constant improvement is very visible. I especially appreciate the amiabiliy of the staff and their dedication to service. I especially commend Timothy who attended to our rooms and the restaurant staff for good food and lovely service. Golf Hotel trully feels like home!

Impeccable service, improvement of the facility visible. It's at a new level. keep up the good job. The redone round bandas are great. Some staff uniform need replacement. Food is delicious and be careful if you're a weight watcher..... definitely come back!

Excellent and impeccable service levels. The staff are very warm and friendly, especially Monicah and Richard at the reception . The meals and drinks are well prepared and sumptuous. Kudos to Madam Cynthia as well for constant updates on her guests.....sure to be back again!

Daily Clean pillow covers and towels, food was good, conference facilities were top tier and the staff was the best part, really friendly and helpful and genuinely cared about our experience and comfort. 10/10 I would definitely come back again, I would only wish you have a gym by the time we visit again.

During holidays and Sundays the hotel can have some kind of entertainment for families. Sylveaster the waiter always smiling and good service. Cameline is shy but very busy. The food very delicious. Thank you Cynthia for wishing us Happy mothers day
