Our stay at the Cullinam had a bit of a bad start having had a medical problem on the way in the aircraft. Due to the time of year the hotel was partially closed which was expected but as it was mostly outside activities it didn’t really bother us. The shops are all very nice but I don’t think I saw one person in them while we were there but not surprised as people on a reasonably priced holiday aren’t going to buy a £1500 jumper. We have been on a 5 star all inclusive holiday in Turkey and found it to be really good and the hotels in Belek are huge and are really all inclusive except for certain things which I will cover. When you check into the Cullinam hotel you get a WhatsApp group with your fellow holiday makers and a hotel manager / customer relations who is there to guide you and give you all the help you need for your stay. This really works and ours was called ATAKAN he was a really helpful and nice guy. The food at the Cullinam was very good in the main buffet which was large and covered ALL types of food. We found that it was the best way to go. We did try the Japanese / Asian restaurant that wasn’t included in the All inclusive for snd extra .€ 40 but left half way through the meal as it was total rubbish. We didn’t get a refund on that which we thought was a bit of a joke. Even the customer relations people wouldn’t refund it. There are a few restaurants that were not included in the All inclusive deal which we didn’t bother to try ( and why would you? ) Because there were so many things that were not inclusive and the things that weren’t were very expensive you found that you were hesitant to order wine that wasn’t a house wine, which was excellent. We were told that the Cullinam was a better hotel than the one we stayed at before ( The Regnam Lara beach resort) it wasn’t unfortunately. We also went there in off peak and it really was an ALL inclusive and not a partial one. The one area that we went to a few times was the Patisserie where they had cake coffee etc and there was a very nice helpful girl named SUDE very welcoming and bubbly! The staff in general were all very nice and all very helpful. You couldn’t find a bad word to say about any of them which is unusual these days. They all looked like they enjoyed what they were doing. The drinks were all very well made and obviously all inclusive, cocktail's and premium spirits. The spa and the indoor pool were very nice clean and totally serviced by quite a few waiters and waitresses ( on roller blades!) again any drinks you wanted delivered to where ever you were! The Hamman was really nice and the rest of the facilities in the spa clean tidy and not over populated at that time of year. So would we go back ? Probably yes if we had the same pricing deal with Jet2 but no if it was the normal summer price. We don’t play golf so half the facility was for golfers and they seamed to enjoy it so if golf’s your game away you go!

What a place first class rooms brilliant food excellent facilities brilliant but the best by far is the staff. Thank you to ece on the beach bar for looking after us and the lovely elif in the noble bar these two are a credit to your company so pleasant friendly and helpful. Will hope to return
