Budget hotel. Basic, only good for sleep in. Pros: clean sheets, bottled water. Cons : cramped bathroom, non-smoking room has nicotine smell.

Did a short staycation at the Arts Hotel. Location is great as it is near Bukit Indah. Simple hotel room but spacious and amenities were provided. Cleanliness can be improved.

1. Amenities in good condition - Aircon & Water Heater working very well - Mattress clean & Extra comfortable 2. Good Location - about 10mins away to a Bazaar - 5 mins walk to 7e & burger stall - ATM nearby 3. Accessible parking

Nice and cozy room. It just the place for malay quite hard to dinf malay restraunts. But near to zus, watsons and pharmacies by car.

No coffee or tea provided, it would be nice to have it at the hotel lobby. No lift, narrow corridors to room. Hotel smell of cigarettes. There is no door guard at the entrance door.

The hotel did not had a lift plus they did not provide room on ground floor. As I have some knee issue I was treated poorly. The hotel is still in construction and they should have given detail on the app. Please avoid this hotel

There were cockroaches and the toilet was leaking water out onto the sleep area. Stains on the toiletbowl. By far the worst. There was a musky smell and room was poorly maintained. There wasn't any carpark and clearly the entire hotel looked run down. They tried to savage the hotel outlook by placing decoration like a vintage suitcase here and there. Only one man mending the reception counter. He couldn't be bothered to greet or smile. Horrible.

Lady at front desk for checkin is rude and unhelpful..When asked about parking and payment methods for parking and whether it was necessary to pay, her reply is classic.." it is run by other parties and u pay by app or coupon ... don't know . I am doing other work not here." A simple explanation of Friday not necessary to pay but Saturday need payment wud suffice and if one is sitting at front desk please do have some customer service skills and not snap at customers, call them rude when more questions are asked and then proceed to skake a finger at them. There is no cup nor container to carry hot water from the hall, just small glasses. However the guy manning the desk in the evening was helpful and provided us with a kettle. As a bare necessity hotel, the hotel has differing prices on hotels website but the advertised price at the hotel is from rm79 for a room.Hence if you have paid more you would definitely feel short changed especially if you have booked the junior suite for a ridiculous price and still get a cramped room. Rooms with windows is a joke as seen in the photo. Overall this hotel will require tremendous effort to have customers to return ... its a one time no thank you experience.
