Friendly very professional! Spumelele always with a beautiful smile! She recommended the lamb stew,it was amazing it sure reminded of my mama stew! Great place to have dinner and relax,if future trips arrive I’ll be staying at this friendly hotel Thanks J Seattle Wa.

The room is so homely and the restaurant and bar service is outstanding. We had a problem with our Prokard and the Manager Ms Connie Phakathi gave us all her time to assist until we successfully downloaded our recent Prokard form.Otherwise we would have forfeited our discount voucher. Thank you very much Sister Connie and continue care for others. We will definitely make this hotel our home far away from Limpopo Province.

Fortune was extremely friendly in reception as I was checking out. A true reflection of how all the staff are at Protea Hotel. I shall look forward to staying here soon. It was important to feel this way about my first stay at this hotel as it often t determines whether you want to come back.

This is one of the best hotels in South Africa especially in Johannesburg extremely lovely staff, amazing food, and excellent service. Whenever you come and visit make sure to visit the restaurant on the first floor and ask for Connie she’s just an angel

Guys i had the best cs service on this hotel but specially on the restaurant of protea hotel the waiterssss soo respectful and so helpful the girl waitress Nthati made my day since ive mistakenly ordered a beef which wasnt fillet since im not a beef lover and she made sure to go and bring me the right one also the other waiter raimond didnt even charge me even tho was my fault god bless him cute lovely funny experience but 1010 service…

I loved my experience at Protea! The rooms were spacious and clean and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was extremely delicious and had a wide variety of options too. The staff is so kind and the service is very fast, especially Thuso, his service is impeccable. Definitely coming back to this hotel!
