Ulasan Ara Palace Hotel

The place is just as advertised, clean and well maintained. Having a washing machine in the unit helped especially after our Hallasan hike. It’s easy to get around by bus, though do note that the buses that go to the airport (300s, 400s) from the closest bus stop do not have luggage storage so it might be a struggle during peak period. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the host is very kind and friendly!

The location is nice and perfect for business travelers who wants to enjoy Jeju Island.

Location was good as there is a convenience store and a bus stop nearby. It is more of a airbnb experience instead of a hotel but the host is friendly. One thing to note,the towels provided are of the smaller size.

This is not so much of a hotel style but as an apartment style. The room is spacious and clean with cooking facilities. The ocean view room has a scenic view of the city and the sea. You can see sunrise from your room. As said, it’s an apartment style .. there is no service of making your room or cleaning it up or replenishing of bottled water. You have to clear the rubbish yourself. Get the trash bags, extra toilet rolls… etc fm the reception counter. The towels provided are the face towel size rather than the big bath towel. Function more like Airbnb rather than hotel.

The hotel was simple, but very functional and in a great location with everything we wanted to see and do within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay somewhere which has everything, but with a no frills check-in/check-out service. The host provided a warm welcome via text and was always a phone call away and ready to assist at a moment’s notice.

It's good value for money. It's not a tourist spot, so it's quiet, but if you're here for sightseeing, it might be a good idea to consider it when choosing a location.

Because it was an academic conference period, other hotels had no rooms available, so I made a reservation and stayed there as an alternative. The parking lot was small, but it was clean and nice.

Great location. It's only a 10-minute walk to Qixing Street. I will stay here again next time I come.

The actual room is the same as the photo. There is a parking space. It is also very close to the convenience store. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to Qixing Street Pedestrian Street and Dongmen Market. The counter is on the 2nd floor. The staff is very friendly.
