Recommended by locals, Royal Palace lures you with warm service, excellent hospitality, spacious and well-maintained rooms, a clean ambience and a convenient location. Was here for a short stay - good option for a sojourn in the city of Jalgaon.

I stayed in club room. The refrigerator kept in room is in very bad condition. The walls are all dirty. The shower area floor is broken. The pillow covers and bed linen is not washed properly and even after changing the another set is also dirty. They charge 3000 for club room per day for one room which is not worth spending

Nice ambience, well maintained clean rooms, hotel location are positive things about this hotel. However they are pretty much lagging in room service area. Example- They took 40 mins to give just mineral water bottle. (There are ***y) As we stayed for 2 nights, there was almost same breakfast menu for 2 days. Lunch, dinner are good, however breakfast quality needs to be improved. Checkout time is 9 am!
