Cockroach infested room filled with bad odour and unprofessional staff. Broken panels everywhere

The room was not tidy. Having pungent smell. Also the blanket provided had worn out. The hot water facility was not there. Had to take shower in cold water. Kitchen was not maintained. Service was ok. But yet need lot of improvement.

Satisfied for business purposes. Room were clean. Facilities of meal available. Geyser hot water available

As per the price i expected a good experience, unfortunately it was not the way i thought. They provided me with a smaller room that had very less space, later when i asked them about the size they said that your room is the biggest that they have. Upon checking another room, i found that they switched my room and were planning to give it to a different party, that room was a big one. Food is just worst, i skipped the last 4 days meal just because it was really too bad. Parking space is just for 4-5 cars only. It ia mentioned that the room had windows with palace view, but there were no windows at all, it was sealed and you cant open it neither see what is outside. Cleaning is good but will have to ask them to clean your room or give them keys before leaving. My room tv was also not working and they took 4 daya just to activate the dish to work again.

Small rooms, issue with water supply in washroom, poor on call service, food quality average, overall experience was very bad, will never recommend anybody to choose such hotel for staying with family

Nice stay, servicing is good and staff is very polite. Rooms aldo neat and clean. Value for money property.

Navigation was perfect, very cooperative hotel staff. Cleanliness and hygiene was good. Nice hotel for family stay.

The hotel rooms were very dirty, they were very small in size and there was no cleanliness. The size of the bed was very small, there was no double bed and the bedsheet and bed sheet were also not clean.
