Ulasan Henn na Hotel Kansai Airport -Natural Hot Spring Spa-

Hotel yang sangat unik dan nyaman di kawasan bandara Rinku dan Kansai. Staf menarik pertama adalah Dino. Fasilitas di dalam kamar cukup. Piyama dan beberapa perlengkapan disediakan di lobi untuk diambil oleh para tamu. Poin plus lainnya di sini adalah pemandian umum dan area rekreasi bersama dengan banyak buku komik, toko dan makanan, kapsul phiten, dll. Ukuran kamarnya bagus untuk rata-rata di Jepang. Kami menginap di kamar Robohon dan itu menyenangkan untuk dimainkan dan membiarkan Robohon menari haha. Secara keseluruhan kami sangat senang menginap di sini dan mungkin akan kembali lagi jika mengunjungi area ini.

The experience at this hotel is extremely interesting. The concierge were AI dragons which provide an automated check in for residents. However it is a bit far from the train station, and there is not any shuttle bus to the outlet nearby and Kansai airport, which is the only point that I think this hotel is not good enough. Overall the accommodation experience is good.

The room was perfectly clean, we had a seaview room. It was spacious for a twin pax. I loved the Hotspring which I used twice a day. Breakfast was a type of Japanese style. The entrance was cool, like gg into a jungle being served by a dinosaur 🦕 robot. However we need to walk around 15 mins to the outlet.

Very convenient hotel. 650m from train station. Easy to walk with suitcases. Beds are comfortable, shower is bigger than it looks. We checken in late and used self check in where helped by 2 dinosaur. Was not expecting that! Theres a spa too but it’s not tattoo friendly. Breakfast was ok. This is a really great hotel especially if you’re coming from the airport.

Hotel is reasonably well maintained and clean., While it is understandable that contactless self check in procedure is the thing moving forward, the computer screen for self check in certainly does.NOT appreciate or recognise what is MIDDLE name. To improve self check in process, please have proper instruction for guests with MIDDLE. Staff service - lots of room for improvement.

We stayed for a night. It was amazing, it was clean. The facilities were near and easy to use. Only wished they had a water refill station. We had to purchase multiple bottles of water.

I don't recommend this hotel after a long international flight. It is very convenient, far away from the station. It wasn't very pleasant that a little robotic kept speaking when I wanted to sleep.

self check in is not quite user friendly and take us a long time. The robot in the room is quite annoying and dont know how to turn off. The sea view is excellent. The restaurant for breakfast also with a seaview. The food served is very good and price affordable. The hotel has no exit point going to the promenade adjacent.

This hotel is far from the station of rinku town and not sure if it’s safe to walk under the bridge which is the path to go to the hotel from the station at night or early in the morning (for catching an early morning flight the next date)

Great location and easy check-in. The only negative is the breakfast - very limited choice and not tasty at all, unlike usual Japanese fare. Disappointed.

Although the room size is a bit small, the amenities are good. Very easy check-in and actually it’s not quite far away from the metro station.

Close to airport .has hot spring pretty enjoy here.

Overall good, they provide projector in the room and onsen

Location is fairly good, 10mins walk from the station. If I drive next time, it surely my best choice. However, same as previous comments, we cannot checkin ourselves successfully. It is recommended to upgrade the computer system. Hot spring n the dino is the most reason I chose this hotel.
