Complimenti per la struttura, lo staff, il cibo e l’organizzazione. Siamo stati benissimo! Piscina e vasca di acqua calda gradevolissima. Servizio navetta per la spiaggia perfetto: grazie Gennaro! Ristorante di livello e prezzi assolutamente nei limiti: grazie Cristina! Un grazie a tutti. Speriamo di tornare presto!!

Struttura molto curata e pulita. Le camere confortevoli con domotica, letto molto comodo e bagno con una bella doccia. Ho molto apprezzato la presenza di un bollitore in camera e la varietà di prodotti nel frigo bar. Nella zona dove è presente la piscina, zona sauna e solarium si respira un'atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante. Il personale è stato molto professionale e gentile. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Stunning hotel which was so modern and a high standard. The room was lovely. There is free parking. The room takes both two and three pin plugs. Lovely free toiletries, nice big shower. Super comfy bed. I used the pool, small jacuzzi part is heated and it was really nice. Other part isn't heated so was too cold. Breakfast was amazing! All fresh fruits and pastries and the best juice and yoghurts. Only cons for us were there was nothing around it in walking distance so you need a car. We had one so this wasn't an issue. The WiFi didn't always work and the TV although it had YouTube it was through the website so tricky to work. Would be fantastic with either Netflix or YouTube app built in! Sabaudia is around a 10 minute drive. The beach is beautiful. There is a supermarket around 10 mins away. A few nice restaurants om the town but it is very new feel town and not hugely cultural. Army base nearby. We used the hotel as a halfway stop over from Rome to pompeii. Would be great as an adult only hotel. Thank you so much for our stay, it was very relaxing

This property was spectacular. It was clean and well maintained. The rooms were beautiful. The staff was wonderful and attentive. The breakfast was the best I've had anywhere. I would recommend it highly.

Really nice modern hotel. Advisable to have a car as nothing near by. You can get a bus to Sabaudia from outside the hotel. Hotel picked us up from the train station for €40 which was helpful as no taxis. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice. Evening meal in the restaurant is expensive but cooked to a high standard. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Pool area clean and well looked after. Rooms also to a high standard with a comfortable bed and soft pillows.

What an exceptional hotel! We spent a week here in August 2022 and it was a dream. The hotel rooms were perfect - very clean. The overall environment is very relaxing - it was wonderful to sit by the pool. The hotel was incredibly accommodating and everyone was friendly. Marco, the owner, was incredibly kind and treated us like family. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious - we loved each meal. I had the best tiramisu I've ever had at the hotel. We are dreaming of our next visit! Ciao from Canada.

Esperienza fantastica, personale gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Da celiaca mi sono trovata benissimo sia per Colazione sia per i pasti, erano super preparati a riguardo. Hotel stupendo, in futuro tornerò volentieri. L'ho consigliato volentieri anche ad amici e parenti.

Der Check-In verlief ereignislos und nach dem Zeigen der Zimmer war dieser dann auch schon erledigt. Hilfe beim Gepäck gab es keine. Das Deluxe-Zimmer präsentierte sich schlicht und funktional und gefiel insgesamt. Die Suite mit "privatem Garten" entpuppte sich als dunkles, kaltes Zimmer mit völlig unzureichender Dusche. Wir konnten dieses gegen ein zweites Deluxe-Doppelzimmer tauschen. Der "private Garten" bestand im Wesentlichen aus einer Terrassentür und zwei Stühlen davor, gleich danach folgte eine Hecke. Direkt vor dem Nichtraucherzimmer war eine Raucherecke. Auf den Deluxe- Zimmer fehlten Bademäntel und die Schoko-Snacks waren verklebt, sprich falsch gelagert. Der Matratzen waren gut. Es fehlte eine dickere Decke respektive diese war als separate Auflage in einer desolaten Plastikhülle verstaut - wir verzichteten aus Hygienegründen. Als Decke fungierte somit lediglich ein hauchdünnes Laken. Wir empfanden dies als nicht würdig für 4 Sterne. Das Frühstück war so lala. Die Auswahl war recht überschaubar, aber es hatte eine kleine Auswahl an frischen Früchten und anderen Basics. Wir genossen ein einziges Abendessen im Restaurant "Vivaldi". Die servierten Gerichte wie auch die anspruchslose und kurze Menükarte waren weder Zeit noch Geld wert. Wir haben das Restaurant fortan gemieden, obwohl wir das Hotel eigentlich auch aufgrund der hauseigenen Gastronomie und deren formidabler Bewertungen gebucht hatten. Das "Vivaldi" war ein kompletter Reinfall. Dieses Hotel hat ein tolles Potential. Leider fehlt Liebe zum Detail und der Fokus auf den Gast. Dazu gehört beispielsweise, dass man das Hotelauto nicht einfach kreuz und quer auf dem Parkplatz abstellt. Das Desinteresse des Personals findet sich bei jeder Gelegenheit. Für jedes Bisschen muss man aktiv jemanden finden und zu Randzeiten auch erstmal suchen. Das Best Western Sabaudia ist keinesfalls ein 4-Stern Hotel.

Ottima struttura poco fuori Sabaudia, vicino al parco del Circeo. Stanze pulite, nuove ed essenziali. Personale gentile, colazione varia e molto buona. Ristorante nella norma, un po’ caro. La spa non può definirsi tale, un po’ minimal. Piscina con acqua calda, piacevole.

Come detto nel titolo la vicinanza dell’hotel alle spiagge di Sabaudia ne fanno un hotel adatto a chi deve raggiungere le spiagge. Nel mio caso la struttura era la base per momenti di lavoro da dividere con momenti di svago. Perfetto mix! Servizi professionale non incentrati troppo sulle dinamiche turistiche. sobrio e divertente. Cibo discreto

Hotel molto ben curato, pulizia camere ottima, bella la piscina , ottima colazione . Camera confortevole con arredamento moderno. Personale gentile e premuroso, l'ambiente comune è gradevole e rilassante. Ottimo il ristorante presente all'interno della struttura. Complimenti per la gestione accurata dei servizi offerti.
