Ulasan The New Hotel Zeybek

The staff were professional & helpful with queries. Central location closed to Basmane Gar & surrounded by restaurants,  shops & transport links especially the train to & from the airport. Left the luggage before & after checked in & out with no charges. Generally clean & comfortable beds. The toilet flush was sorted immediately when it was stuck. When the breakfast time was finished, the leftovers were allowed to be taken. The F&B staff, Maru & Aya were efficient & hardworking. Highly recommended.

Old hotel and no facilities. Night shift receptionist talk good English, but not for day shift. Should have better choice with this money.

Very helpful application

The service was excellent. We had a problem upon arrival as we could not communicate and find our ways to the hotel and the Manager of the hotel Mr Sadat was nice enough to pick us up using his own car to get to his hotel. The breakfast served was excellent with wide variety.

Service was great except they gave me a smaller room to what I bought for my first night. Located near Basmane station, restaurants and shops . Can experience Turkish lifestyle in the area. Breakfast was excellent. Room was always well cleaned and housekeeper was really friendly.

- The location is good, only a few minutes from the metro station to the hotel. - The attitude of the counter staff is not friendly. - The hotel gave us the wrong room. We booked a double room which should included two single beds. However, the room we ended up staying in had only a small bed and only one set of all amenities (but we found out later and didn’t took any pics, that’s why we didn’t reflect to the hotel immediately). - The room facilities are dilapidated and the locks on the windows are broken too, which poses a security risk.

The room was pretty good for the price. The location is center. No view. Bathroom and toilet are small and average in terms of cleanliness. The shower hose is leaking!!! Only provide quilt cover without quilt for guests to use😩it make me feel strange!!!

The room is small and near the restaurant.It is too noisy. There is no hot water in my room. Bad experience! It doesn't deserve a three star hotel.

Receptionist was helpful and friendly! Place is nice nearby many restaurants and cafe.

Die Lage des Hotels befindet sich in einer nicht schönen Lage. Im Hotel selbst hatten wir zwei Tage lang Probleme mit dem Wasser. Zuerst war der Schlauch kaputt welches nach wiederholten Male erst gewechselt worden ist und danach kam kein Wasser mehr. Trotz mehrmaliger Rücksprache wurde diese in der Mitternacht durch Beschwerden beseitigt. Beim Frühstück gab es kein Brot mehr und es hieß „wir haben leider nichts mehr da“. Deshalb haben wir erst garnicht in diesem Hotel gefrühstückt. Auch die Auswahl war sehr mager.
