Nature Hotel Apartments

Do not waste your time at this place! They call themselves a hotel apar**ent, which it definitely IS NOT. My partner and I arrived at night and were told our room wasn’t ready… even though they had all day to clean it. They gave us a spare room for the night, and the bathroom smelt so bad!! Next day they placed us in our proper room. Average hygiene and cleanliness, it needs to be better. Stains on the bedsheet were disgusting. The room they put us in was right next to their office. Workers and manager would smoke in their office even though it’s a no smoking apar**ent and the smoke would travel in to our room. Absolutely disgusting, if you have asthma I advice you to stay away. The most bizarre thing was when we were asked if the hotel staff could use OUR ROOM, to wash their towels and sheets.. ***! This is so unprofessional to ask a guest if their room can be used!!! Mind you, they had washing machines in the vacant rooms and down by the basement stairs. We were so put off by this! Made us feel uncomfortable and we did not trust the staff/manager AT ALL. If I wasn’t with my partner, I would have felt very unsafe staying here. It gets worse… they would blast music until 2:00AM and have their friends/girls over. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting behaviour. We left this accommodation early as it was so bad. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
