I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the Grand Rosa Hotel in Istanbul. My recent had a reservation at your establishment and was a complete disaster, and I feel compelled to share my negative experience with others who may be considering staying at your hotel. Firstly, the behavior of the staff was completely unacceptable. They were rude, dismissive, and showed a complete lack of concern for my elderly, sick mother who was unceremoniously kicked out of the hotel in the pouring rain. Their disrespectful and defiant attitude was simply unacceptable. Moreover, the staff at Grand Rosa Hotel displayed a lack of professionalism and seemed poorly trained. The fact that they couldn't speak English well made it even more difficult to communicate with them. Their incompetence and unwillingness to resolve the situation only added to the stress and discomfort of our already unpleasant stay. I would like to mention that the situation was made even more frustrating by the fact that I had already paid for the room in advance. Despite my concerns about my mother's well-being and inability to contact her due to her phone's roaming not working, the staff seemed to be more concerned about ensuring that I paid the tax, rather than resolving the issue of my mother's accommodation. This lack of compassion and empathy for our situation is unacceptable, and further highlights the lack of professionalism and training among the staff at Grand Rosa Hotel. I urge you to take immediate steps to address these issues to avoid causing further distress to your future guests.
