Room clean . Very small No even window!! Staff polite Worth one day .

Well, for an economy room, you might end up staying in basement rooms. I saw a cockroach on the bed. Not hygienic. Re-used amenities such as sample size shampoo, body lotion,and etc. Staffs are very helpful. The front desk guy helped me choose a room between one at the basement and one at the first floor. Thank you for helpful and friendly staffs.

Excellent hotel, good location. Read the information about the rooms carefully, chose a room with a window, everything corresponds to the description, quite spacious. Breakfasts are quite good, they give out a set as in the photo, plus a choice of egg preparation options and a drink to choose from. Very good staff, always helped with questions of interest. The only drawback is the replenishment of shower accessories, until you ask for them yourself, no one will replenish them. We recommend the hotel.

It is recommended to book Dosso Dosi Yenikapi, which is also Dosso Dosi and close to each other. The other one has a buffet breakfast and a better air conditioning system.

The hotel is cozy. But the rooms are a little bit small. The staff is friendly. The bathroom is spacious. The location is excellent.

They gave us basement room with no windows…it’s smells and dead cockroaches found in the closet and bathroom….I complained to the reception and asked the to change the room! But they said y have to pay for upgrade Avoid this hotel There is many other better hotels

absolutely terrible, we slept in bedrooms without windows. what bedrooms have no windows? the rooms were small, bathroom was small and the lighting was so bad in the bathroom, they didn't change the bed sheets, they don't refill the shampoos, conditioner, shower gel and the lotion. my sibling's room had a terrible smell on the first night, the carpet was drenched in water, we called the staff to change their room but he didn't do anything and he was rude. the breakfast was mid, sometimes they served it cold, it was always bland, and you couldn't even choose what you wanted. the only good thing about the hotel is the location, everything was near us. (not all the staff were terrible some of them were nice but the others were so rude)

Wonderful experience. The hotel was located in a good spot. We could easily walk to many sights, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money and highly recommend. Food was delicious with both Turkish and international options.

I was facing some issues in the visa so i didnt visit istanbul at this time, they refused to return my money i paid even a 50% of the total amount. The treat is so bad and the customer services are too bad.

Overall terrible experience. On initial check in we were told that our room did not have window.... what hotel doesnt have windows? The front desk then said they were going yo be "nice" enough and upgrade us. The room given was still tiny and needs some work. What really put us over the top was that the aircon was shut off (mind you while still hot outside) and we had to strip the bed from all linen, sleep with the top sheet only and open the window. Lastly, we tried organizing airport transfer and we had to pay in cash. This was the only option Overall disappointed in the stay
