Nah, untuk kamar ekonomi, Anda mungkin akan menginap di kamar basement. Saya melihat seekor kecoa di tempat tidur. Tidak higienis. Fasilitas yang digunakan kembali seperti sampo ukuran sampel, body lotion, dan lain-lain. Staf sangat membantu. Wonderful experience. The hotel was located in a good spot. We could easily walk to many sights, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money and highly recommend. Food was delicious with both Turkish and international options.

Every thing is just perfect , staff really give good customer service and the breakfast is excellent , the only major problem is that you can hear the other guess talking true the wall of the room.I don’t know if all the room are the same but I
suggest you bring some ear plugs .

Overall terrible experience. On initial check in we were told that our room did not have window.... what hotel doesnt have windows? The front desk then said they were going yo be "nice" enough and upgrade us. The room given was still tiny and needs some work. What really put us over the top was that the aircon was shut off (mind you while still hot outside) and we had to ***** the bed from all linen, sleep with the top sheet only and open the window. Lastly, we tried organizing airport transfer and we had to pay in cash. This was the only option Overall disappointed in the stay

Hotel is well maintained and close to public transportation ( bus, tramway, metro) which facilitates exploring farther neighborhoods

I stayed at this hotel for one week.on the first day, i was placed in a very small room( i reserved a standard room not economy), but the staff were very accommodating and moved me to a better room.throughout my stay, the staff were consistenly excelent and privided great service.

they did not disclosure that the economy rooms are in basement or first floor which does not have windows , looks like like grave ( or wearhouse) , did not provide a necessary ventilation for rooms in this floors even the AC they control it .we try to turn it on but does not work . the bath room does has not fan vents .

Perfect location with walking distance to the historical sights in Old Town and 100 meters to Laleli Tram Station. The rooms are clean and amazingly quite. The traditional Turkish breakfast is excellent. The staff is incredible; they made great effort to make our trip perfect. This is our new favourite place in Istanbul.

Mr. Melih, nice opportunity to meet you. I would like to thank you for the kind reception and hospitality. It was an excellent experience choosing to stay with you in this wonderfully clean, comfortable, quiet and orderly hotel. The reception staff and the housekeeping staff were very thoughtful, courteous and respectful. In short, everything was great about the hotel. I wish you and the hotel family success and continuity in providing all that is special to the hotel residents. This hotel will definitely be my first choice in any next visit to Istanbul.
