They have charged extra £25 for early check in, And swimming pool isn’t free after 7PM, meaning you pay for every little service even if it’s been already paid.

The breakfast was amazing, a highlight of the trip. It’s located only fifteen minutes from Sultanahmet if you walk. My son liked taking the tram from the Grand Bazaar station right near the hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful organizing a car to the airport when we checked out. If we get a chance to fly through and take a few days stopover in Istanbul again, I’ll almost certainly try booking here again.

perfect hotel for very relevant money in perfect place

Amazing location of the hotel made our extremely comfortable. Almost all the main historical locations were in walking distance from hotel. Reception staff Mr. Omer was very polite and helpful all the time-every day along with all other staff of the kitchen and housekeeping. This was our second stay in this hotel and we are definitely looking forward to choose this hotel again.

This hotel was great. I'd stay there again. The staff were very friendly. The food was nice. The restaurant was nice. The interior decorating was nice. The lift was spacious, clean and amusing because it has a glass shaft. The location is excellent, as it very close to Istanbul market and not too far from the Hagia Sofia area.

The stay was good , just the air conditioner was not working in room and it took time for hotel staff to change our room

No heating. We got sick because of cold weather. The room is not clean. No blancket. Worst stay ever.

I witnessed the staff being very rude and unhelpful to a number of customers. In one case specifically, they showed very clearly they didn't care at all for a family with a small child who was given a dirty and broken bed and due to the mother getting upset, the hotel staff were even more unhelpful.

Хорошее расположение, быстрое заселение, достаточно тихо если номер во внутренний двор, хороший завтрак. В номере следы обильной эксплуатации, было достаточно жарко.

Telefoon deed het niet İk kon de receptie niet bellen vanuit mijn kamer dit was zeer storend Een ander mobiel nummer gebeld, dame was vriendelijk maar ik kwam niet echt verder. Tot 2 keer toe met mobiele ondersteuning samen de telefoon op de kamer getest. Uiteindelijk werd er beloofd dat ze iemand zou sturen om de tecnische storing te verhelpen. Niemand verschenen! Kamer was koud wilde de verwarming aanzetten ook die werkte niet. Wederom gebeld en weer niemand verschenen. Service is een dikke tegenvaller ben diep teleurgesteld. Hatice Topçu

Super Freundliches Personal. Zentral in Istanbul, nah zu Bus und Bahn. Saubere Zimmer, man fühlt sich wohl!
