Saat tiba, saya diperlakukan dengan sangat baik. Pertama kali saya di Istanbul, petugas hotel memberi saya pemandu yang membantu dengan banyak saran tentang wisata lokal, tempat-tempat menarik, dan banyak tips bermanfaat secara umum. Hotel ini unik dan perlu sedikit perawatan. Menurut saya, untuk harga di lokasi ini, hotel ini sangat sepadan dengan uang yang dikeluarkan! Saya sangat senang dan akan kembali untuk mengakhiri perjalanan singkat saya di Turki di Basileus Hotel Istanbul, Istanbul. Catatan: Perlu diketahui bahwa ada hotel dengan nama yang mirip di sekitar sini, jadi pastikan untuk mengatur transportasi jika memesan kamar tanpa mengetahui area sekitar!!

Lokasinya bagus dan stafnya sangat membantu dalam menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan lokal kami. Tempat tidurnya cukup nyaman dan AC-nya fantastis untuk "pulang" setelah berkeliling kota. Kamar yang kami tempati cukup luas untuk keluarga kami yang beranggotakan 4 orang agar merasa nyaman. Kami pasti akan kembali lagi!

We returned here six years after our first stay in Turkey. I would love to say that it was every bit as good as it was the first time. Though management has since changed, the staff are still excellent. Unfortunately a few things have changed. There is no longer breakfast included with the room rate. The rooms seem similar to what we remember in 2018, and they could use some updating. With that said, this still remains a good budget option.

The room and design is very cute and it's clean. The staff is so helpful and nice and they helped us with finding activities/locations! It's also easy to communicate with them, they speak well english. Besides, I forgot something in the room when I checked out and only noticed at the airport. I contacted them and they helped me so much: they sent it it to another hotel in Turkey and even paid for the cargo! Incredible service, I am very satisfied.

Great location close to cafes and the big attractions. beds are comfortable but the absolutely best part of our stay was reception staff Farouk and his colleague - the most friendly professional and caring people- nothing was too much trouble- even helped us up the hill with our luggage. Rang and organised our next accommodation. A true gentleman- thank you so much. The rooms are a bit tired but at the price worth it. Right around the corner from little aya Sofia

We were greeted at the hotel by warm and friendly staff who were so helpful with all our enquiries, they gave us suggestions on great places to eat (all of which were fantastic) and places to visit. The rooms are spacious and clean and the location is perfect for walking to all the old town sights. They were happy to look after our luggage while we went on tours for a couple of days and the rooms have double glazed windows which block out any outside noise making for a great night's sleep.

What a brilliant place to stay to be in the heart of the Turkish city. The hotel is so quaint and although not ultra modern it exceeds in charm, the rooms were quiet and the staff are amazing. They go out of their way to assist, advise and suggest. Everytime we asked for a tip of where to eat or where to go the staffs suggestions were spot on. They were so friendly and jovial. Nothing was a problem and they were always happy to see you. I would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Turkey and Istanbul. Thankyou Faruk and his staff you were amazing.

The backbone of this hotel are Faruk, Kaan, and Kenan. They called taxis, ordered food, provided restaurant referrals, walked me to multiple points of interest, and provided great laughs! The quality of service, comfortable rooms, location, and price are absolutely phenomenal. Do not hesitate to book this hotel during your stay in Istanbul! P.S. Directly book with the hotel as opposed to making reservations through third party hotels for better pricing!
