Rooms are too small. Elevator stopped working for 2 days and we had to walk all the way up to 3rd floor. Bathroom is very small.Even the shower section is so small it is hard to fit in.

When I have booked it was showing restaurant in hotel for breakfast but there were no restaurant available in hotel

Avoid this place. The bathroom are terribly designed and flood the room when you showered, not once during my 4 day stay was the room cleaned.

The place is nice and staff were very friendly the only issue is the communication they don’t speak English very well

The good: Location is very good It's clean and fairly new Very simple accommodations The okay: The standard rooms are very tiny, so you won't have a lot of room for you and your stuff. There is no closet, so you have to hang your clothes on the wall next to the bed, so pack light and try to bring small bags, because there is very little space in the actual room. The not-so good: Don't expect high-end service, it's a very basic hotel for a decent price. It's clean and well-kept, but don't expect any additional services other than a clean, well-located room. If you have the money, stay at the Bank Hotel a few minutes away, you'll get nicer accommodations and excellent service. If you have a lower budget and just want a simple, decent, clean place to sleep, then stay here or the Triada nearby.

A perfectly nice little Hotel. Walkable to the Old city, over the Galata Bridge and a lovely evening walk to the night life bustle of Galata and Under Karakoy.

Staff are nice and helpful and hotel close to everything

Located in the most wonderful locations in İstanbul one of the best hotels i have stayed at and the friendliest and most amazing staff i have ever had the honor of knowing i would like to thank Serkan, Hüseyin, Eren, and Yusuf for their wonderful hospitality and i will most definitely stay there the next time I visit.

Location is perfect, service is good, room is clean and comfortable, breakfast is simple, but not bad. Eren (I hope the name is correct) is the best in the whole cast. Good luck in your business. Thank you for your hospitality
