Great stay for the price. Positives: - Clean Hotel - A great breakfast that they prepare fresh for you so it’s better than your typical hotel breakfast buffet and its large and filling. That alone makes it worth it for me. - The open air bath was great, very Japanese style. - Staff were friendly. Negatives - Pipes make some noise. You can hear other guests shower when water is going through the pipes. Overall, one of the better hotels I’ve stayed at including places I been to in Japan itself. And there’s a Japanese restaurant right next door that served very good food.

Great hotel and amazing value close to the most tourist-y streets in Haiphong. The Onsen was an unexpected gem as well! I knew they had it, but it's open-air and not busy (could be time of year) and quality is great. The breakfasts are ridiculously good. Staff lovely and helpful. It's on a more quiet side-street, but use a Grab if you don't want to walk! Thank you 🙏

Small hotel, mainly Japanese theme, clean room, very friendly hotels staffs, but restaurant only caters for breakfast, no dinner, overall not bad, Japanese style breakfast, simple and nice, but the restaurant temperature is rather warm, I guess air con is not working well ...

Đây là 1 khách sạn tốt: - nhân viên phục vụ rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình. - trang thiết bị tốt và hiện đại. Đặc biệt ở đây có dịch vụ tắm Onsen lộ thiên (nhưng vẫn đảm bảo riêng tư) dành cho khách lưu trú tại đây, miễn phí. - phòng sạch sẽ. - khách sạn tập trung vào đối tượng người Nhật Bản và Hàn Quốc cho nên đồ ăn sáng cũng có rất nhiều món ăn dựa theo khẩu vị của 2 đất nước đó. Điểm trừ: cách khá xa trung tâm Thành phố Hải Phòng, đi taxi từ khách sạn đến Nhà Hát Lớn khoảng 15 - 20 phút. Ngoài ra Khách sạn nên ghi chú thích kèm thông tin địa chỉ: "gần vị trí Đường Lạch Tray" hoặc "Hồ Cây Na" để lái xe nhanh chóng tìm được vị trí. Bởi 2 chuyến xe của tôi, cả 2 người đều bị nhầm sang vị trí khác.

하이퐁 최고의 숙소에요 정말 고민이 많았는데 정말 좋았어요 노천탕이 최고였고 직원들이 친절해요 조식도 정말 좋았어요 일본어 잘하시는 분들도 좋을 것 같고요 세탁기와 건조기가 무료에요 노천탕도 아침과 늦은 밤 여자들 무료에요 방도 깔끔해요 엄마와 언니가 만족 했어요 매트리스도 푹신해서 잘 잤어요 방마다 욕조가 있어서 노천탕 이용하기 어렵다면 욕조를 이용 해보세요 노천탕에는 이용하는 사람이 아무도 없어 딱 1장만 찍고 사물함에 넣었어요 ㅜㅜㅋ

設施：這次的浴缸的下水很慢很慢 衞生：住了幾個晚上 晚上都有這種蟲子在房間！ 不知道怎麼回事，以前住的時候感覺衞生等等各方面都挺好，但是這次難道是因為價格的原因嗎 我看最近房價都是200多一晚 然後衞生什麼的就差了？

Отличный отель с хорошим сервисом. Бренд принадлежит как я понял японцам. Персонал максимально отзывчивый. Номера большие со всеми удобствами. В отеле есть бесплатная японская сауна. Завтраки по меню с очень большим выбором, заказывать надо с вечера. Завтрак очень вкусный. Будете в Хайфоне весьма рекомендую.
