Ulasan Sphera by Stellar Hotels, Yerevan

This Hotel is New but location wasn’t in the center of the city , it is 15 mins to drive or 45 mins to walk to central however there’s 5 mins walk away from Metro. The Room was clean, very clean, praise for their housekeeping!, Spacious and well- appointed. The bed was comfortable and the amenities provided were much appreciated. I booked a standard room w/out breakfasts or meal so no comment about the food. Overall, my experience at this hotel is rated 4star, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and accommodations provided at such a low rate. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family and look forward to staying with them again in the future.

The hotel is nice. It's close to the metro station. Or take a taxi for 1200 dram. Breakfast is very simple, so I prefer to eat outside because it's not worth the price. Reception speak English that's a big plus in Armenia.

Прекрасный отель, от центра города пешком не так долго идти . В номерах очень чисто и уютно .

Отель отличный, метро 5мин пешком, магазины с едой и питьем напротив, через дорогу. Номера чистые, матрас кайф, высыпались на 5! На 4 этаже терасса с видом на Арарат!

Мы остановились в отеле буквально на пол дня. Приехали чуть раньше и попросили нас заселить не в 14, в 13,30, если есть такая возможность. Нам отказали , обосновав это тем, что заселение в 14. В общем, нас оставили в ждать в лобби , а наши чемоданы отнесли в номер. Хотелось бы всё-таки более гибкий подход к клиентам , тем более, что такая возможность была , судя по тому , что пребывание наших чемоданов в номере оказалось в приоритете )) А в целом Отель очень чистый, персонал приветливый.

距離火車站很近，周邊環境一般，但是酒店很棒，類似國內麗楓的檔次。在埃裏温算超值了

1，臨街的房間太吵了，根本睡不了，想換房還必須再加錢，沒得商量，一點同理心都沒有。連續換了2次房才解決噪音問題。 2，前台員工友善但不能解決問題，同事之間的交接也不完善：夜班員工承諾第二天給背面的309房，第二天去換時，白班員工説不知道，309已經給其他客人了。 3，位置沒有什麼好不好的，畢竟城市小，開車去市中心也就10分鐘不到！

房間真的很乾凈整潔，環境衞生服務都非常好，完美

I have stayed in the hotel about a couple of weeks ago. What I liked was fresh and very clean room I have got. The rest in opposite to that was not really good. The location of the hotel is strange in a kind of a nationhood with the number of car repair shops and garages, very noisy and dirty. The staff was basically friendly, but seemed scarified by the management and due to that asking for a number of redundant payment related verifications and securities. this was really annoying and discouraging. English proficiency was far not good as well. I believe the hotel has mispositioned themselves and should not take international guests in such a location and service quality. Cannot recommend to anyone

the building and the rooms are more or less fine, but the service of the front-desk is terribly poor and unprofessional. The staff does not speak English very well and just very elementary Russian which cause misunderstandings and misleading consequences. Not very happy with my experience and will not stay here any more.
