very good ， the service can comparable to a five -star hotel ，also very clean ，the breakfast is various and nice 尊滴不错

It’s perfect place for couples to relax and enjoy the amenities from the Spa, pool, and sauna and more! And also have access to a Akbati shopping mall which is 1 minute away from the hotel’s door and is has a great variety of stores, restaurants, and amazing cafes. Highly recommended if you want to relax.

No kitchenware, plates spoons forks knives or even glasses that are considered as extras to be paid for

This hotel has exceeded my expectations! Absolutely beautiful it’s spacious perfect for families! Right next to the mall and great service from the staff. It has a pool and breakfast too. I was just expecting a double room with a bathroom but instead got an entire apartment to myself it was a spectacular experience. Staff was extremely friendly highly recommended!

Good service and clinin

I like the blue sea and sky in Turkey and the enthusiasm of Turkish customers, but I don't like the service of Turkish hotels. I stayed in this hotel for several nights in a row. I made a mistake in booking one night for my colleague. I didn't want to refund him, but I couldn't coordinate with him.

The room rate is a bit noisy. It's not far from the road, but there are quiet rooms. It was fully booked during the exhibition, and there were few quiet rooms available.
