Pengalaman yang sangat buruk. Tipe kamar yang kami pesan benar-benar berbeda dari tipe kamar yang dia berikan kepada kami setelah check-in. Saya check in larut malam sebelumnya, dan setelah melaporkannya ke meja depan, staf mengatakan bahwa saya bisa mengubahnya keesokan harinya. Ketika saya pergi ke meja depan keesokan paginya, staf meja depan sebenarnya berkata: "1. Anda hanya tinggal di Istanbul selama satu hari, dan kamarnya berbeda. Ada apa? Apakah akan menimbulkan masalah bagi Anda? 2. Kamar kami berada di lantai yang berbeda, ada yang besar dan ada yang kecil, tapi semuanya sama Anda memesan, tetapi yang ditugaskan kepada Anda ada di sisi lantai dua yang cerah. "Kecil." Pada akhirnya, saya memutuskannya dan mendapatkan yang lain. Sebelum check out keesokan harinya, staf shift siang memberi tahu saya teman saya sangat emosional dan sulit untuk berkomunikasi... Staf semua sombong, dan pelanggan harus memikul tanggung jawab untuk produk yang salah., jika mereka tidak puas dengan solusi mereka, mereka mengatakan konsumen sulit untuk berbicara. The room overlooked an interior courtyard
The bed and headboard were not strong enough.
Few hangers in the closet
Rooms were not soundproofed so noise was audible
Breakfast varied but simple
Close to the main monuments but public transportation is a bit far away.

The hotel is located on a one way street. It can get very noisy at times and the windows aren’t sound proof. Breakfast is decent and the personnel is nice and helpful.

Have to say we were very happy staying at this hotel. Staff went over and above especially Sebastian and Burak. In a great location, close walk to restaurants plus all the big tourist attractions. Sebastian helped us enormously by lending us his Metro card also. Just a joy to stay at

This hotel is in an excellent location, with Sophia Hagia etc within 5 min walk. Staff are friendly, great breakfasts, comfortable room with safe. The name is a reference to the area, it's not a palace in that sense, but is a nice modern hotel.

We stayed one night. It was very clean and the receptionist (Sebastian) was brilliant - very warm and welcoming! The shower was powerful and our room (room 6) was quiet.
I have not given full marks for a couple of reasons:
1. Breakfast was very good but when we arrived, some items were finished already and we were told we needed to arrive earlier for these. I would expect things to be refilled during breakfast.
2. Room 6 bathroom door did not close without significant force. It needs some maintenance.
I would consider staying again though.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Everything was perfect. It has a wonderful garden and you can have a pleasant time there. Also, the receptionists are always ready to help. Very good location, near to the center. The room was clean and cozy. Highly recommended, thank you for our great stay, great memories! Also Sebastian is great host !
