Ulasan Ise City Hotel

Very basic business hotel, a short walk from the station. Easy access to Ise-Jingu, and quite a few restaurants and bars nearby.

Dated but still very comfortable… there’s a supermarket nearby …easy 5 min walk to the train station

Room was small and the decor was old

The dust on the table was white like snow. The tiles in the unit bathroom were moldy and dirty. Even for a room only stay, it was expensive, so I will never use it again.

Although the bathroom facilities are old, it does not affect the experience of using them. The breakfast is very good! The front desk service is also very good. It is not far from the Jingu Outer Shrine, and there are large and medium-sized supermarkets nearby.

I was made to stand and wait for about 20 minutes to check in, and when I got to my room, I was given a twin room for some reason. While I was wondering what was going on, the phone rang and they told me to return to the front desk to have the key replaced because they had made a mistake, and then they hung up. Normally, if they made a mistake, wouldn't they have brought it to my room? I thought, but I went back to the front desk to get it. Even though there were still a few people waiting to check in, they didn't even apologize properly, and it felt like they just replaced the key.

The location is not far from the station. The hotel has bicycles for rent. The front desk service is very good. The overall cost performance is very high. The hotel room is not too big, but considering the price, it is a bit of a surprise

All the staff were very kind. I'm not sure about the details of the view from the window, but it looked like we were in the middle of the JR and Kintetsu train tracks. I think that's quite unusual.

The hotel is very close to the station, but be careful to exit from the north gate, otherwise you will have to go around a big circle. There are many places to eat in front of the station, which is very convenient. The hotel has a washing machine and a dryer, which are generally good, but they are too old, and the door needs to be locked automatically with a key, which is a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is in a good location, with convenient tram and bus services. Although the front desk does not understand Chinese, we can still communicate. The hotel has complete facilities. The buffet breakfast is a typical Japanese style, which is average.

The transportation is convenient. On the day of arrival, a slightly fat female receptionist was very nice. She printed out the nearby tourist attractions in color and sent them to the room. Very touching. But the Matsusaka beef in the restaurant below is average, the price is not low and the cost performance is poor.

We booked a standard room, which is relatively large for a Japanese-style hotel. The decoration is a bit old, but the service is very friendly.

I stayed here for several nights to visit Ise. At the front desk, we learned a lot about visiting Ise. Also, when I went out after my night and asked for the towels to be changed, when I returned, everything besides the towels had been cleaned.
