The service is good and cleanliness is at high level. If you don’t have a car, despite that fact that the location is a bit far away from the city centre, public transport such ad buses and trams is available and convenient.

The location is really remote. It takes about 20 minutes to go to the tram or bus station, and 30 minutes to the nearby city center. If you don't have a car, don't stay here. Other facilities are also available, but the traffic is inconvenient!
