Hotel Feedback Overall, the hotel is still new and has a cozy atmosphere. However, the bathroom floor had noticeable stains and was not very clean. Additionally, the corridor felt stuffy with no air conditioning, and there was an ongoing renovation smell throughout the area. Hope these issues can be addressed for a more comfortable stay.

The apartment is new, clean, nicely renovated with full facilities. It is centrally located and juz minutes on foot to Ipoh Parade. There is no physical service desk but the agent is fast to respond. Had an enjoyable stay there.

The drainage in the bathroom is very poor, the thin quilt is not ideal, there is no free TV program, the trash can is too small to hold three days of trash, the shower gel and shampoo are not easy to use, and the sound insulation is very poor.
