The location is quite good being walking distance to a mall and the fortress. But the neighborhood feels a bit seedy. The room size is also great although service was rather basic e.g. staff can hardly speak English.

Great hotel. The room was stylish and updated, had all the amenities. In a great location with many options for food near by. Also a short 8min walk from the fortress, it was a great location to go to the lantern festival.

Overall, I am very satisfied. The owner is very kind, the price is very reasonable, the room is spacious and clean. It was great because there were so many good restaurants nearby. Highly recommended 👍

The room I booked was changed, and there were no basic facilities such as toothpaste and toothbrush. They told me to bring my own, and when I told them there was no toilet paper, they said they would give it to me but didn't bring it? What a terrible service 🐕. And the other group's room was also changed, and it seems like Trip.com is the problem for posting this without properly checking the situation. I was really upset.

Friendly staff, warm bed, good value for money hotel, lack of parking facilities, had to pay for parking, but the room and soundproofing were good

Die Lage des Hotels war super. Nur leider hat uns das Hotel überhaupt nicht gefallen. Es gab keine Rezeption und es ist nur jemand gekommen, um einem die Schlüsselkarte zu geben, wenn man angerufen hat. Nur englisch konnte die Person dann auch nicht sprechen. Im Zimmer roch es leider stark nach Rauch, was uns sehr gestört hat. Einzig positive war das kostenlose Wasser im Kühlschrank im Eingangsbereich.

Sehr gut gelegen, nahe der Festung; das Hotel selbst ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und hat schon mal bessere Zeiten gesehen. Die Ausstattung war trotzdem ok, es gab auch einen Föhn, Glätteisen, Kühlschrank für Getränke. Es gab eine Badewanne und eine Dusche, das Klo war getrennt davon. Der Gastgeber sprach kaum englisch, aber wir konnten uns mit Papago verständigen. Er war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Um einchecken zu können, muss man ihn anrufen (die Telefonnummer steht auch beim Lift). Für den günstigen Preis war die Unterkunft sehr in Ordnung.
