Very warm welcome, staff was super friendly and helpful. Lovely clean rooms and everything was perfect. Breakfast was very good too. Amazing experience, would definitely stay again.

The hospitality is great. Chamapgne upon arrival is a good gesture. However, there is a price for everything in this hotel. After spending a lot of money, the least is to expect not to pay for water etc.

It was a beyond excellent stay at Ness Walk. The service and staff have been exceptional and warm. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The hotel is beautiful and the service is great. Because the rental car had a flat tire, the handsome guy at the front desk helped us contact the insurance company to come and change the tire. Thank you very much!
