Inverness Centre (Millburn Rd)

Well kept and clean hotel. Worth the price. There is a retail park with restaurants and cinema near here. Recommended.

As a special trip I took the wife to Scotland, staying in many Premier Inns All but one were great and pleasurable Special mention to this Inverness Premier Inn as two members of staff went far beyond what we expected and deserve praise for this These were Barry and Emma Thank you very much! The next time we return to Scotland we will definitely stay there again

This hotel was very comfortable and clean. The front desk receptionist Barry couldn’t do enough for you with his happy, smiling demeanour. The food was excellent in the restaurant for both evening meal and breakfast. Look forward to staying again.

The pillows are the fluffiest I've felt. And the room was so clean. I can't believe that this hotel exists just so brilliant and my breakfast was also good I had some eggs and the person giving me them was so kind and helpful I definitely recommend coming.

This was a great stay for the etape in Inverness. I had a porridge and fruit salad from the early breakast and the team couldn't have been more helpful. Room was clean and just what we needed. Thank you for the stay and we are looking forward to next year.

Stayed here whilev visiting family, room was very comfortable and clean we had a twin room with my daughter, we arrived and got early check-in as requested for £10 extra We only had breakfast in the morning, kids eat free with paying adult, which was great. Lots of choice, only thing as ever with buffet style breakfasts I would have preferred it hotter but it was still OK. Location was perfect for us and I would definitely stay again. Great price.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It has a large car park which does get very busy but always sees to have a few spaces left. The main reception area is quite spacious and clean. We weren't aware that for an extra £10 you could check in earlier and when we asked if we could because it was only 1pm we were told no because the room wasn't ready so book that in advance, check in usually 3pm. Our room was the main block but there was no lift. The room itself was quite dingy. The window was looking out onto an embankment and there was a path directly outside but no voile up at the window so anyone walking past could have a good look in if they chose to! The bathroom was in need of a bit of tlc, black mould on the ceiling and on one of the bath handles nearest the wall, the cleaner obviously didn't clean the back of it. The radiator clanked as it was heating up and cooling down, not very good in the middle of the night but low temperature meant it needed to be on. I The room just needed a freshen up and a bit more care and attention with cleaning but the bed was comfortable enough. At breakfast there was a good selection of both hot and cold food with a choice of poached or scrambled eggs if you didnt want fried eggs you just had to tell the staff. Definitely good value for money as you could have as much as you wanted. The staff were helpful and friendly, nothing was a bother to them. We would stay again but would go for a Premier plus room which also has a mini fridge.

I always like to stay in Premier Inns as just love the beds and the breakfast is also good value for money the only suggestion I would have is a bit more Scottish food on the breakfast menu eg Haggis, potato scones and square sausage

Back on the premier inn trail again. This time Inverness. Millburn Road. Superb personnel. Receptionist Emma, an absolute professional. The girls Paige and Kelly where exceptional. Making sure hospitality is what it's meant to be. Food. Wow. The usual mixed grill. Superb and the steak was EXACTLY how I ask for medium rare. Cooked by Elena and Kieran. Absolute 5 stars. Smithy at Edinburgh you need to watch this girl and guy. All in all EXCELLENT.
