From the time we pulled into the car park to the moment of exiting the whole experience at the hotel was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms with good quality amenities. The bed was very comfortable and the room well appointed and exceptionally clean. Highly recommended and Would not hesitate to stay again.

Not many good choices in Launceston. Come here for a clean and comfy night by the pier. Will come back for the next Launceston visit.

Location: not at city Centre, but if you have a car, it’ll still be convenient enough Next to the waters, so the morning view is great Service: mentioned during the booking that it was for a friend’s birthday and the hotel made special arrangement for the occasion and it was very much appreciated There is also Archie the dog that added to the pleasant experience Cleanliness and amenities: the room was clean and tidy and the amenities provided were adequate

酒店位置較偏，但是環境很好，在Tamar河旁邊，酒店是由糧倉改造的，外面還有裏面還保留一些原有的穀倉，酒店門口有很大的免費停車場地，酒店房間很大，雙床房裡麪的床很大，而且裏面配置的桌椅都很乾凈，特意選了帶早餐，但是早餐有些差，單點的早餐，量不是很多，而且味道也不是很好。

酒店位置較好，可以觀賞江景，室外有免費停車場，房間整潔，前台接待及時按排雙床房，同時還熱心幫助聯繫預約餐廳。

酒店環境清靜，附近有遊樂場小朋友天堂。早餐有特色服務也很好。

網路超級無敵強，而且旁邊就是河風景很好，再來是旁邊有一個籃球場想打球的朋友可以直接去報隊打籃球，很爽

酒店很新很摩登，挺乾淨舒服。唯一不足的是，給了樓層的最後一間房間，有點心理陰影。説是河景房，衹能看到一角。酒店早餐不錯，是單點的，服務也不錯。

景色優美，旁邊就是小童樂園，很好的酒店。非常滿意。
