"Room and service was amazing. Loved it. Also close to city center, with bus 4 taking 15 min from lux city center. Not many eating options near hotel so you are stuck with going to city center. The swimming pool facility not great, the showers are not working and even lockers and it felt a bit dated for Hilton standards. There was also no sauna or jacuzzi and gym was tiny. Room was great and I had breakfast was amazing 10/10 on that"

"I recently stayed at the Novotel in Luxembourg, and I had a wonderful experience. The reception staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They provided great recommendations on places to visit and, even though the hotel was fully booked, they managed to accommodate our request for rooms next to each other, which was a huge plus for our family. The buffet breakfast was impressive, with a clean and hygienic setup and a wide variety of options. The only suggestion I have is to add labels to each food item, so guests know exactly what’s being served. Despite this minor detail, the breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The rooms were also very clean and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Luxembourg."

"It was quite cosy stay just for a night to sleep. Bed is comfortable and same are pillows. Floors have no carpets so sleepers would be a good advantage but they are absent. Shower is clean and nice."

"The location of the hotel is OK, and you can reach various attractions within a dozen minutes' walk. The female receptionist at the hotel was very arrogant. She actually asked for a deposit guarantee when checking in. I didn't agree (obviously discriminatory treatment, as the previous travelers didn't ask for a deposit guarantee), and she pretended to be polite in response, which made me feel disgusted."

"This hotel has more pros than cons. Staff very professional. Excellent food for breakfast so pretty pricey at 27 Euro. The rooms look very old fashioned and could do with a bit of touch up but I think that's part of the hotel's charm. I got a single room and it cost me about 98 US Dollars on trip.com's wonderful website. An excellent value for that price even an excellent value for $150 after that find someplace a little newer. Breakfast is really excellent except the eggs were undercooked and the bacon was undercooked and when I asked them to take it back to the kitchen and cook it a little more they would only cook the bacon for me. Maybe in Luxembourg people eat their eggs sweat but no way I could stomach that it would probably make me ill so I skipped the eggs. However the cheese was top notch and the meal was worth 27 Euro if you could eat 27 euro worth of cheese. I would even go so far as to say I would stay here again. The bathroom is a little outdated but charming and had birds and flowers on the tiles. The hotel front desk man acted as a concierge but clearly he had been there for a long time and was very well trained and had very good advice about where to eat and what to see. I like the whole staff and an added asset was the bar downstairs brings you back to many years ago. I was lucky enough to get a balcony in my room and it would be a wonderful idea if I had trouble with somebody to have wine on the balcony and watch the world go by. I will post my view from my balcony. I call this hotel room with a view. The hotel had more more pros than cons and I was happy with my decisions to stay there."

"Die Lage ist etwas abseits, der nächste Bus hält etwa 150 m vom Hotel entfernt. Die Zimmer wirken etwas veraltet, und trotz des ”Bitte nicht stören”-Schildes an der Tür klopfen die Reinigungskräfte. Der Duft von chemischen Reinigern ist sehr präsent, und die Betten sind extrem weich, was Geschmackssache ist. Abgesehen davon waren die Zimmer sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Die Wellness-Einrichtungen wie Sauna, Schwimmbad und Fitnessraum sind im Vergleich zur Gästezahl recht klein. Das Essen entsprach meiner Meinung nach nicht dem Niveau eines Vier-Sterne-Hotels, ich habe schon bessere Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Mitarbeiter waren jedoch fast alle ausgesprochen freundlich. Insgesamt würde ich dieses Hotel nicht erneut buchen, da mir das Bett zu weich war und das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist"

"After checking the hotel's check-in terms, I should be able to check out at 11:30 noon. I also checked the hotel's check-in terms on booking and it was the same, but the hotel asked me to check out at 11:00. After I complained, the staff told me that it was okay to give me a half-hour extension. I didn't want the extra fee. The discounts only require the due rights. The experience of this stay is very poor."
