DDINGDING888888Kelebihan: Hotel ini masih sangat baru, fasilitasnya modern dan indah, suasananya sangat aman, tersedia bus gratis di depan pintu yang langsung menuju pusat kota, hotelnya tenang tetapi terdapat beberapa restoran yang dapat dicapai dengan berjalan kaki selama 5 menit, yang sangat nyaman. Ketika saya tiba, masih ada 4 jam sebelum waktu check-in, dan saya membayar 30 euro untuk check-in lebih awal. Saya melewatkan sarapan keesokan harinya karena saya salah ingat waktu. Resepsionis menyediakan croissant dan jus jeruk, yang secara keseluruhan cukup baik.

LlymaA cot was so nicely arranged already in our room without any request, that was a nice touch and appreciated. The room is spacious, even with King sized bed + a baby cot there is still a lot of room. Spacious bathrooms. Appreciated the no single use plastic bottle in both bathrooms and in-room water.
Only wish was, there was charging next to the bed.
Location is spot on! And staff was very nice to us, thank you for a nice stay.

TTamuVery modern, about 30 minutes from the city when you walk to the tram etc. The service was slow, some issues with the air-conditioning unit took a while to fix. I appreciate that they advertise. They have a free bar in the room but it really is a couple of soft drinks. A coffee machine would have been a welcome addition to the room, otherwise the room was comfortable.

The hotel is located outside the city center, but it is modern, new, and very clean. It provides all the basic facilities needed for a comfortable stay.
Overall, it’s a good option for travelers looking for a clean, modern hotel with convenient public transport access.

TTamuTravelled to Luxembourg with two friends, 3 people overall. The location is spectacular, very close to the main station as well as the city center. Just great. The room itself was alright, nothing fancy, generally clean. Towels were provided. No AC, so be aware of that in summer time. The beds were not very long, but if you are below 1.85m you should be fine!

FFaridfI stayed at the DoubleTree Luxembourg with my 80-year-old father, who is unwell and was extremely tired after a long day of travelling. Unfortunately, the room we were given was right next to the elevator motors, and the noise kept both of us awake almost the entire night. My father finally managed to fall asleep around 7:00–7:30 AM after hours of discomfort.
However, at 8:00 AM, there was a knock on our door. I opened it half-asleep, and the staff member simply said “It’s ok” and walked away. I later saw the same person again in uniform, so clearly they were a member of the hotel team. I still cannot understand why they knocked at that time, and what exactly was “ok,” especially when it was obvious the room had severe noise issues and guests could still be resting.
I shared all of this with the reception team and politely asked to speak with the manager. Instead of a brief conversation or even a quick acknowledgment, I was handed a handwritten note with the manager’s email. After travelling with an elderly parent who was in pain and exhausted, I was genuinely hoping for a bit of understanding or empathy. Even a short apology would have meant a lot at that moment.
I should mention that breakfast was also quite basic and didn’t match the DoubleTree standard I’m familiar with, so overall the stay was unfortunately far below what I usually experience with Hilton properties.
I’m writing this not to complain for the sake of complaining, but because the situation placed my father—who is already unwell—under a lot of unnecessary stress. As a loyal Hilton Honors member, this experience was difficult for me, and I sincerely hope management can review what happened and decide on an appropriate way to make this right.

TTamuThis hotel was a great find. Room was sparklingly clean and comfortable. Equipped with hairdryer, iron, mini bar and plenty of bathroom amenities. Perfectly located opposite the main train station, just a 20 min walk into centre or a 5 min tram ride. Staff were friendly and helpful. The Asian restaurant attached to the hotel was very good and reasonably priced. I would certainly stay here again.

TTamuMooi hotel, ziet er netjes uit schone kamers en vriendelijk personeel.
Wat ik een nadeel vond was dat er geen airco in de kamer aanwezig was en het ontzettend heet was in het hotel. Ook vond ik het bijzonder dat je 25 euro per persoon zou moeten betalen om gebruik te kunnen maken van het zwembad. Je komt daar heen voor de omgeving, was lekker geweest als je dan bijvoorbeeld in de ochtend of avond nog even een uurtje had kunnen zwemmen maar daar ga ik geen 25 euro p.p voor betalen.
