Small, nice room, clean, there were no problems with hot water, there was no mold either (this is a big plus).
1. The windows of the rooms face the roadway (highway), so if you like to sleep, you won’t be able to do it without earplugs, as the noisy road will wake you up.
2. I would like a mini refrigerator in the room
3. There is no place in the room to dry things, there were 1-2 dryers in the corridor (it is not clear whether they were public, or someone took them out of their room) and they were occupied by someone’s things, someone dried their things right on the windowsill in the corridor , in principle, things don’t dry well in the hallway.

The staff is friendly, the food is delicious. There is an air conditioner in the room, but it only cools at maximum speed and makes noise like a tractor. The fan in one of the rooms did not work. The beach is shallow, but if you move a little to the left, it becomes normal. Tours are available. The prices in the hotel are more than acceptable. A wonderful area for relaxing on the beach. Wi-Fi, as in most places, is weak, but in the rooms it is, in principle, enough.

It’s a good hotel with helpful staff. I chose it because of emergency and I didn’t regret.
The room was clean enough. There is a TV-set with lots of channels.
They serve breakfast at suitable for guests time ( a guest can warn the staff what time is more convenient for him/her to have breakfast).
WiFi is also pretty good and fast there.
The only thing I didn’t like was small “babies” ants. They ran around the table and even on the floor.
And at 6:00 am every morning roosters nearby sang their songs disturbing me.
Generally, I would give 3.5 out of 5.
And most of taxi drivers know the place. Thus it’s not a problem to find it.

The rooms are very small, the bed is also small and the bathroom too. In addition, the shower which is glued to the toilet and the sink has no edge so the water runs everywhere. There is also no place to put your toiletries.
The staff is generally friendly but lacks professionalism. The location is well away from the noisy streets but still close to the center. The breakfasts were included fortunately because the à la carte prices are very high and there is not much variety. The wifi is not very good, we did not pick up well in the room. We stayed 6 nights.

Because there is no bread, there are 4 kinds of rice for breakfast. The first one is delicious. On the first day, I don’t know how many ants are on the sheets. I didn’t change it with the front desk. I eliminated the ants and no ants. The next day, there was no change for the tip. I didn’t hang the sign to clean the room. On the third day, I hanged the sign and changed the sheets. The tip was also confiscated. It’s good. I knew that the next day I was called. After cleaning, the waiter asked the younger brother to carry the baggage to the second floor, and there was no tip. You can get clothes downstairs, there are a lot of hangers, and it will help you get your clothes off! It is also convenient to go out. If there is no tutu at the door, go out and turn down the slope is the main road. Take the tutu, 10-15p, and send you to the place. I have lived for 5 days without meeting Chinese people. They are all foreigners. The price is still very high with breakfast accommodation. There is free water and coffee in the lobby, and the coffee is very fragrant! I use the translation software to talk to the waiter and they are very patient!

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with friendly staff always willing to lend a helping hand. GGuest UserExcellent Inn very close to the main walking road and beach. The room was surprisingly quiet considering how close it was to all the action. The staff were very polite and helpful, they provided me all the information I needed for both free and paid attractions. I was able to hire a scooter through them, book and Island hoping tour, as well as a Minivan back to Puerta Princessa. I'd highly recommend this Inn for its convenience and efficiency. Overall, a very peaceful and pleasant stay.

PPirotziI had an amazing stay at Ricardo Valley Inn ! The property is situated on a hill with a stunning pool at the top, offering incredible views. The rooms are modern, spotless, and very comfortable. There are plenty of included amenities, making it a great value for money. The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable, always ready to help with a smile. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Would definitely return!

The beds are clean, the pillows are also clean.
Plumbing needs updating.
The air conditioner is noisy at night, you have to sleep with earplugs.
Breakfast is very meager: no fruit, basic butter, cheese.
Wi-Fi signal is not stable.
A huge negative towards the hotel employee: we had to go to the ferry to El Nido by 7:30 o'clock. She advised arriving at the ferry terminal in 2!!! hours. For what? So that we wait there for 2 hours for the ferry to depart? Are you out of your mind?
It’s good that we didn’t listen to her and left at 6:45. And we all managed to do it. Incompetent employee.

MMoxa KKaia Isabel Inn is very bad ! They do not even give us a notice that the inn is under renovation so they refer us to the new building which in turn asking us for more money (400 pesos ) just to let us stay in the hotel , they even suggested to cancel our booking if we don’t want to pay for the additional fees when the purpose of booking online is for us to generally save money compared to walk in booking.
Very bad management ! They don’t know how to handle and adjust such situation when actually it’s all their fault . I wonder why they are here in trip.com ? Remove them in this platform please

GGuest UserIt was a truly pleasant stay with a variety of choices of breakfast each day, with a stunning view of the sea and hills. Lemuel is a star server, who never missed a step in service in any way. He was professional, warm, helpful, and goes the extra mile to check in that we are fine whenever he can. He looked out for all guests no matter how busy it got, and helped with taking photos for the crowds too. While some other staff may have been blur, his presence and service made everything exceptional. He even shared with us that the sunset view from the hotel should not be missed, and it was good we were back in time one of the days to enjoy the view from the hotel. Great stay.
