"The Hotel is pretty old, so is the bathroom. It smells like mould as soon as you enter the room! Also there was mould in my bathroom and hair, which wasnt mine already at check-in. Staff is not flexible at all. I payed for several breakfasts that I didnt have. Yet there was no way of switching it up to dinner. I asked for a packed breakfast. The lady at reception first said its also not available. When I mentioned a review she said they can provide a packed breakfast. She would notify me later what is available for breakfast. Yet I was never notified and they gave me something with tuna, which I dont eat. Also the staff prefers to hang out together, laugh and watch stuff on their phones instead helping their customers. I was woken up by three staff member talking loudly in front of my room. At breakfast there is not really a huge variety to be found and it is rather simple. The outside area is nice but still differs a lot from the pictures online. Overall absolutely overpriced and not worth the money! Can not recommend staying there."

"We really had a very nice holiday here! The whole environment was excellent, all the facilities were easy to use and really every member of staff was very kind. Clean of course ! Delicious food! We have had some complaints, and I must explain here that my husband is an old German, and I found that the Germans are much more critical than the French, but the staff, from the general staff to the manager who was on duty every day, took our "complaints" very seriously, and the most valuable thing is that every one of them really tried to help us to solve our "problems". The "hassle". I have to admire the service here! It really is better than many 5 star hotels! Fantastic Fireworks on the beach and the Resort had super prepared for all Guests together party! Even for Kids! We'll be back here again."

"This overwater bungalow was incredibly comfortable and beautiful, located about a 15 to 20-minute boat ride from Semporna Port. It's an all-inclusive resort, with breakfast and dinner thoughtfully arranged. We missed lunch due to island hopping tours, but there was afternoon tea and snacks available, which was perfect after snorkeling. Dinner menus changed daily and were both delicious and plentiful. Although you could pay extra for additional seafood, the provided meals were excellent on their own. The first night featured steamed seafood, the second was a seafood hotpot, and the third was a barbecue. The hotel also organized daily snorkeling trips to fantastic spots. Our whole family had a truly wonderful vacation."

"Excellent stay at Lihim near El Nido. We loved the location and ability to take boats to El Nido. The food was average, however, the butler service was outstanding! We also enjoyed the view from our Villa. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone coming to El Nido. Not for people who cannot climb stairs."

"The place is peaceful and nice getaway from stressful city but unfortunately there’s a roadwork that’s why it’s hard to get in and bit roughroad. The amenities they have need an upgrade specially the pool, not clean at all, lots of leaves and don’t have a pool staff to clean it. Nice and soft bed, with duvet and 4 pillows which i love the most, very comfy but need improvement"

"Had such a fun stay at this hostel! The location is perfect—everything’s just a short walk away, with tons of restos, bars, and souvenir shops nearby. The staff were super friendly and really accommodating, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a great spot whether you’re traveling solo or with friends.They also serve free breakfast every morning, and honestly, sipping my coffee out on the balcony was one of my favorite parts. The view there is just amazing. Would 100% recommend!!!"
