"The Hotel is pretty old, so is the bathroom. It smells like mould as soon as you enter the room! Also there was mould in my bathroom and hair, which wasnt mine already at check-in. Staff is not flexible at all. I payed for several breakfasts that I didnt have. Yet there was no way of switching it up to dinner. I asked for a packed breakfast. The lady at reception first said its also not available. When I mentioned a review she said they can provide a packed breakfast. She would notify me later what is available for breakfast. Yet I was never notified and they gave me something with tuna, which I dont eat. Also the staff prefers to hang out together, laugh and watch stuff on their phones instead helping their customers. I was woken up by three staff member talking loudly in front of my room. At breakfast there is not really a huge variety to be found and it is rather simple. The outside area is nice but still differs a lot from the pictures online. Overall absolutely overpriced and not worth the money! Can not recommend staying there."

"Lovely little resort on the beach! An amazing location and the friendliest staff. You can book bike hire/days trips and more within the resort as well as laundry! The rooms are a little outdated but that it is expected within this region. I was very unwell and the staff did everything they could to look after me without me even asking for help they were making teas to help me. And made an extra ginger tea for me to take away. Really appreciate their kindness and would definitely recommend this lovely little resort"

Located just opposite the public market whereby you can get lots of fruits, vegetables etc. There are nearby supermarkets n small malls where you can get snacks and necessities. Also walking distance to SM mall. It is nearby the airport too. By tuk tuk it cost you 150 to get go airport. Walking distance to Baywalk where you can enjoy sunset and nice seafood dinners. Or relaxing stroll along the busy baywalk. Paid 300 to get to the other side Sicsican where Ka Joel, baker’s Hill, etc are."

"I would say that my overall rating of the hotel is a 4.5 out of 5. The hotel was well maintained, clean with friendly staff and tasty food at the restaurant and breakfast buffet. My actual room was really large, fully stocked and clean. It did not come with much of a few but it was quiet and very spacious. I could not hear my neighbors except for when they were leaving their rooms. It definitely had an industrial vibe to it, with certain imperfections to boost. But I felt like it added to the charm of the room itself. The whole hotel is designed with a unique charm. I felt like it was a safe neighborhood and plenty of security on staff 24 hours a day. The location is super convenient to the airport. I think it's nearly impossible to have a perfect hotel stay and I don't think I would ever give one a five-star rating but this one was really close especially for the price."
