It was a pleasant experience staying at this holiday park.
Nice location, spacious and clean rooms. The swimming pool was fabulous.

We reported on our first day that we had no hot water, maintenance man arrived, looked, then left saying he would be back. Never came back! No hot water for the whole stay. Apar**ent was dirty and smelly, again we reported it on the first day, nothing! Extremely rundown accomodation at a high cost. IHP needs to step up and join the 21st century.

We stayed in the studio deluxe room which was very nice, although could do with a mirror in the living area. The bar and swimming area looked nice but as we stayed mid week late June there was no entertainment, which was a shame so we did not use this facility.
The site was in desperate need of a complete makeover, very run down outside.
It was a good place for a base to visit north Devon.

For three middle aged guys cycling the Devon coast to coast route, absolutely perfect! Clean, tidy, comfortable and reasonably priced. Can’t comment on the other facilities as we arrived late and left early. Reception very helpful and accommodating, keeping us updated during the day with arrangements for our late arrival. Would certainly book again.
