Fantastic hotel - loved every second. Wonderful warm welcome, delicious food, super friendly staff. Facilities are excellent and immaculately clean. Angela was a wonderful host, friendly and fun and made our stay extra special. Thank you ☺️

Gorgeous hotel, from the moment we arrived we were very well looked after. We paid for AI star prestige and couldn’t fault it, mini in our room, coffee machine, access to rooftop pool and bar, waiter/waitress service at your sunbed. (The pool is freezing) the staff are fantastic and always so helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Rafa on reception and the young man who helps with the cases. They were both very helpful and friendly, also Jhonathon, Carmin, Alonso and Ismael for serving us drinks, always being so happy, friendly and making us laugh. As some have said the rooms are small but we hardly spent anytime in there so didn’t bother us. The views from the roof terrace are beautiful. I have coeliac disease, I couldn’t fault the hotel for labelling, lots of gluten free snacks available (rarely have this in any hotel). We had a fantastic holiday, met some lovely people (staff and guests) and will definitely be returning.

Welcoming staff at reception and a first class service from all at the hotel. Special thanks to Maribel the customer services representative and Abraham the porter who were lovely and very attentive. The location is perfect as a sanctuary for those that want to get away from it all, with the option of visiting the bustling port of Santa Eulalia which is a 45 minute walk down the coastal path. We upgraded to a room with a sea view which we felt was well worth the extra cost for the amazing views over the bay. The food at breakfast and evening dinner was exceptional and varied. We will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Booked this hotel for 40 th wedding anniversary half board as it says a quiet and relaxing experience but far from it .on the plus side had chocolates and sparkling wine left in our room which was a nice gesture but too many minus points .we had a room overlooking the outside bar ,entertainment area and was so loud couldn’t sleep so was offered a room at back of hotel over looking building site which we declined as promised music would stop at 11 pm but often carried on with private parties.everything in hotel geared up for a weekly stay as food and entertainment exactly the same the second week so we knew what the singers would be singing and same food .same night each week in the restaurant.my wife is vegetarian and not a good choice mainly pasta and pizza which was served cold . We asked if there was a coastal path to marina in Santa Eulalia which there was but a death trap only 3 feet wide in most places and slippery when wet and tree roots so had to look at floor so didn’t trip up so safer to book taxi ride around 11 euros into main square You can walk to hippy market in opposite direction which is about 15 minutes but again very tight in places. In our opinion not a 4 star hotel .better off staying in hotel near marina where there are concrete and well lite up walking areas near sea front.With lots of great restaurants and bars .If you like loud music and only going for a week ideal.we also reported to management that in the evening when dark .you could see people from our balcony naked showering from side facing rooms as the type of glass they used didn’t offer any privacy but the hotel didn’t appear to believe us so would not want my wife or daughter showering when dark . Our 40 th wedding anniversary was spoilt and if we wanted loud music would have booked hotel in San Antonio .ok if you want to sit by the pool all day as on its own in wooded area and listen to loud music .this hotel should not advertise as quiet and relaxing so be warned and I have stayed in many hotels in many countries and normally do not have to complain

We’re in star prestige double standard room. The hotel is wonderfully clean with great decor, chunky rustic/shabby chic furniture. Staff here have been extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. We’re all inclusive and as we’ve found as before with other iberostar hotels the food is excellent, with a good choice. The star prestige roof top area is great with a good selection of drinks and snacks . The entertainment here seems to be far better than most of my previous experiences especially the two acrobat acts we saw - they were fab! There is a gym - this could do with a bit better facilities , a rack weights rather than a few random dumbbells and couple of weight plates. Aircon on would be great and a leg machine. Didn’t see anyone using all the spin bikes which took up most of the room. Another couple of improvements would be a full size hairdryer rather than a small one which really doesn’t do a great job. Bluetooth speakers in the room don’t work and so can’t play Spotify through them and we couldn’t connect to the tv despite many efforts so again no music or netflix One thing that I feel is really great is the hotel manager is visible, he walks around, interacting with guests, discussing feedback and his plans for the hotels future. There isn’t a toilet on the roof top pool but this is a plan to add one. I must give a special mention to certain members of staff who without a doubt added to the wonderful holiday experience. Maria a lovely bubbly girl, never stops waiting on guests and going the extra mile. Jonathan also goes the extra mile and even though he has limited English he tried so hard to have a conversation. Noelia full of smiles and again goes the extra mile to make sure your glass is never empty! Patrick from the pool bar / evening bar a wonderful member of staff, very attentive taking time to make each and every guest feel welcome by chatting with you. The down point is the location if you want to venture into Santa Eulalia it is a little out the way . 10euro taxi or about 50min walk down the coastal path. It’s a beautiful walk and the more we did it the shorter it felt. We did it in flip flops but be aware it’s a trip hazard with tree roots and rocks everywhere. There is a (water taxi) small ferry that goes from the beach which is literally a couple of minutes from the hotel this is 9 euro per person per way there are return tickets or even 3/5 day passes. I can honestly say this has been our favourite holiday yet and we will return :)
