Classico hotel pier giovani. Colorazione ok. Buono qualità prezzo

È stata una necessità dell'ultimo momento dovuta alla temporanea chiusura del porto a causa del mare agitato. In ogni caso ci siamo trovati bene abbastanza. Se c'è una nota da segnalare è lo scarso isolamento acustico delle stanze, posto he la struttura è grande e frequentata molto da giovani.

Très bon hôtel même si les lit sont très fin on a l’impression de partager les chambres ! Appart ça le personnel et au top et les structure impeccable

Staff weren't very friendly (even when I attempted to speak to them in Spanish). Rooms weren't cleaned properly, ie- dirty towels. Food was very poor. However, poolside was nice and free drinks tokens were a nice idea

All-inclusive option is insanely good value for money and highly recommend. Hotel room walls are paper-thin so sleep can be difficult. Otherwise comfortable and clean. Overall, good value for the price paid, and would return.

Room was outdated and dirty. It had a cigarette smell and we found chewing gum in one of the tables. Location was good, breakfast was ok also

This hotel is full of drunk tourists shouting in the rooms and floor from 5pm to 8am, the walls are very thin and the food terrible. The hotel is very expensive, charges 60€ for a late check-out and don't even offer basic facilities like a kettle, coffee machine or tissues. If you go to Ibiza to do anything than party hard every night don't go there.

I liked it was close to airport. I did not like the check-in receptionist. She stared at me. No welcome greeting. Asked me for my itinerary. Luckily I had printed one, gave to her and it stated clearly 3 rooms meaning room to accommodate 3 people. I recalled when I booked on ******* I chose a room based on the price for one bed compared to 2 it was cheaper promotion for the 2 beds. ******* screwed up my reservation and I will deal with them. The check-in receptionist tried to be pleasant but overplayed being nice and muttered in both Spanish and little English and I gathered she gave me a single room on the second floor and then told me she was doing me a favor checking me in before 2pm but I had to return at 2:30pm for the room. She made me pay for a token to go for drinks at the bar (I booked All-Inclusive). I will have to return the token to get my 2 Euros back. If lost, too bad for me. I was exhausted and after getting to the room I took a brief rest and then all came back to me what room I had booked so I returned with all my personal belongings and met a nicer girl who passed me on to a supervisor who was pleasant and who printed my itinerary proving to me that I booked a single room with one bed. If I paid 200 Euros they can upgrade me to a room with 2 single beds over the swimming pool - that was a downgrade and a worse room and the bathroom tub was unclean. I declined of course. I did not enjoy my stay and regret wasting the money and choice I made.

The place was exactly what you see in the pictures! Its cool that they offer free breakfast in the mornings and if you decide to have lunch or dinner its also only 13 euros! The pool area is big, there is a game room as you walk into the hotel. Everything is a 5-10 minute walk and the location is completely safe! I would definitely stay there again!

The lift was very noisy and we could hear this continuously. The lift shaft did not seem to offer reassurance as its operation seemed to struggle and we wondered whether its maintenance was compliant. There weren’t many gluten free options for breakfast and also I became rather bored of the same options each morning for breakfast. The hotel staff were very kind offering me 2 free bottles of cava for my birthday which I really appreciated.

best hotel in playa den bossa in this price. u need to know, that u coming to the most party playing part of island, there is no time for rest or peace, so think about it before booking. friendly and helpful staff, allinclusive okay, basic and fresh restaurant. definetly come here again in few years
