Saya menginap di kamar deluxe semalam. Saya mengatakan bahwa kamarnya baru saja direnovasi, jadi cukup bagus. Spesifikasinya mirip dengan gambar yang disediakan oleh hotel. Apa yang kurang adalah kebersihan hotel
The best part of the hotel is definitely the pool! Large, sparking clean, bar and hammock in pool and the seating is multi-level. Don't expect quality food or quick service from the pool bar. I would give the food 1 star-no salsa offered for the "nachos" which consisted of 12 chips with a little cheese microwaved on top. Caesar salad was drenched in dressing! But the room was large and comfortable. There's a really cool patio with comfy seating on each room. Book the room that has a pool view on the first floor-you can swim right into the pool from your patio! We are spoiled in America and with this in mind the hotel seemed a little "tired". But looks like they are renovating. Unfortunately. the reno was happening while we were there so the noise was loud. But they worked day and night so hopefully it's done when you go. Kinda annoying that you use your ONE key to keep the lights on and a/c going-so when you return you have to start from scratch to get the room cooled down. Not a fault of the hotel, seems universal in the area. Check in staff was knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Free breakfast was a mix of Am traditional w/Asian. You can find tuktuks for a 50B ride to town. Overall, I would rec this hotel and stay here again.

It is the second year that the navette leave us at gate D2 instead of E2 which is a very long way to walk with your luggage when you are older. We should not be the only person going to E2 since it is the gate going to the States. We have been with you since it was Blue Marine, but this new navette is a problem for us and we will have to see for the next years. Thank you.

No instructions in room tv did not work had to go reception to fix toilet did not flush well had to hold button sofa arms frayed advertised happy hour they did not honor because of convention even though ad ran on screen every 5 minutes while in bar certainly not up to 4 star rating

Carpet desperately needs tearing out. Front desk is far from helpful. They told us the hotel shuttle could not take us to the international terminal. You must book the shuttle a day in advance even if you don’t know your time schedule. Driving in there is a gate but no instructions on how to open it. We were told there was a button but we couldn’t find it. All very confusing and some misinformation from front desk.

The staff in the hotel were great. They were helpful and friendly. The room was fantastic. comfortable, clean, working, renovated.
The shuttle bus from the airport is difficult. You need to call the hotel and confirm a time.
The shuttles to Charles de Gaulle can only go to gate 2 D. A bit out of the way but the hotel can't change that.

I’m Not sure how it is a 4 star hotel, should be 1 star Rooms are very old to be a luxury I paid for luxury it’s look like nothing and when I was taking shower water come all over the room . Breakfast was very bad something every morning the AC wasn't working cooling enough and the front desk one of the receptionist said they couldn't do nothing for me since it's very hot that answer made no sense to me the food it’s lunch and dinner are the samething every day no microwave , Mimi frigider was very small guys I’m telling you if don’t want to have a bad experience don’t go there I travel a lot that’s worst experience I ever guys its say 4 star on all the websites but it’s 1 star
